金池我也比较喜欢，但我怀疑是因为她阅历比其它人丰富，所以能把很多味道唱出来，

是高跟鞋, 窄裙, 花衬衫, 卷曲的头发, 口红, 项链，她的作文被老师批评，说难道你
的长大就是为了打扮和穿漂亮衣服吗？
小的时候的我, 长大也是一个不是很清晰的梦. 八十年代有一次妈妈去日本短期出差,
有置装费可以购置一些衣服, 我记得自己穿上妈妈新做的海军蓝A字裙和高跟鞋在床上
走来走去, 不舍得脱下来. 今天的我不穿花衬衫, 也不带项链 (因为我的脖子上挂着
badge), 可是我穿高跟鞋, 也穿窄裙, 烫着牛顿一样的卷发. 更重要的是, 人到中年的
我从踏实工作中, 从真诚待人中, 从渐渐建立的合适自己的clothing style中, 从艰难
的减下去的别人肉眼不能识别的体重中, 中年的自己反而有了年轻时不曾有过的自信和

不过这个感觉就是剪叶子， 我还是觉得得做insight meditation，
那个是砍枝子。
当然剪叶子砍枝子不矛盾， 但是为了剪叶子就不砍枝子， 不容易 sustain.
这些教人如何处世的， 毕竟还是mind work, 我们需要mind to think to execute it.
不过要是有了insight/wisdom, 能感觉到巨大的transform on action *effortlessly*. |

的， 下来走走看看说说听听地就基本上不行了。
这一段是老先生格物的功夫, 一坐就是百天呀.

that is easily implementable.
What I've described is a very effective approach to learn how to observe the
thoughts.
Do ask yourself whether the thoughts are true, at the beginning, and observe
your emotional states when thinking that thought and its turn-around
thoughts.
Once this process becomes native in your mental process, to resolve a
thought right at the moment when it arises, then the separation from ego and
