Buy low, Sell High。
每个人都知道Buy low, Sell High，几乎觉得这句话是个废话。但是其实这个是至理名
言。
做FA的人，左侧操作，目的是要buy low，保证能买到低价的。
做TA的人，右侧操作，目的是要sell high，保证后面有傻子接盘，叫博傻。
"Smart money"，左侧操作，预判顶部，预判低部；
"Dumb money"，右侧操作，逃顶，抄底，追高。
结果你发现从2013下半年到2014年，Hedge fund盈利都很低甚至亏损，
而Dumb money全部大量挣钱。这个就说明不能太smart。只有你的资本已经巨大到一定
程度，无法及时出货、无法找到对手盘的时候，才要提前布局。
而对于small fish，mid-fish来说，拥有灵活的自由度，千万不要违抗市场，而且你也
不需要违抗市场，要顺应市场。
所以说，
从TA上来看，Buy low是指趋势确立，上无阻力线，上方筹码较轻的时候，这个工作量
很小，但是能train出有效的TA思维，本身耗时较长。

钱或者借钱成本太高。
当时听到这个说法我差点没笑喷出来，cost of capital is always determine by
market. Dumb firms cannot get capital cheaply whether via debt or equity.
Creating an equity bubble to let dumb companies raise equity more cheaply is
equivalent to stealing cash from ordinary investors because the bubble will
eventually burst.

最近能拿$2m进币市的，不可能是dumb money。
smart money多年积累财富及投资的经验，common sense也会注意做好diversify, 至少
bitcoin, ether, bitcoin cash等都各自进些。
圣诞前“打折”期，total market cap在$580bn徘徊了好久，估计不少老手趁机把btc
换成alt coin，赚了一大笔，再继续换回btc保值或eth升值。新年期间，eth迅速飙升
超越$1000, 最高到$1400左右，total market cap迅速升到$720bn/$800bn。
即便这几天因为各种消息有小dip, eth也在$1200徘徊跌不透$1150, total market cap
也是很快就恢复到$650bn以上。只能说“跌”的太不尽兴了，都没来得及再多买些。
不过确实，如果你只盯着btc的价格来看的话，最近几周确实很扫兴。ether最近一个月
double, 怎么看不见呢。

新到一家公司的时候，因为你是新人，其实可以问一些蠢问题而不会让大家介意。我在
现在这家新公司的第一个月常常这么说: I am new here so sorry if this sounds
like a dumb question, but... 几乎所有人都会很乐意的回: no no not at all或者
please ask as many questions as you need.
一般开会的话，如果你参加，expectation是you have a role。如果开个会啥也不说，
久而久之大家会觉得你没什么用，以后也没必要叫你参加了。我刚在美国开始工作的时
候也有这个问题，我老板说"if you don't talk, people will assume you are not

发帖数: 125 | 47 2008年5月初感觉再不锻炼就不行了，人已经胖得走形，每天的精神状态很差，昏昏沉沉的，读书时候练田径和篮球留下的底子经过5，6年的不运动算是全荒废掉了，当时想想快30得人了，生活上得有一个变化，于是决定加入公司附近的一个gym，拉上个老美同事开始锻炼。其间因为回国等种种原因，间断时间累计得有7，8个月，不过锻炼的时候还是比较玩命，我的时间比较有限，基本上平时每天下班后去gym锻炼大概45分钟，有时候隔一天去一次，周末2天争取每天练1个半到2个小时，具体练的项目就是那几样，有氧就是跑步机，力量做 bench press （3种角度）,dead lift,squat,哑铃的2头，3头，还有肩，背，练得不是很系统，基本就是保证一周把这几个都做一遍。经过这2年的坚持，身体状况有了一个很大的改善，精神状态也是锻炼之前无法比的，感觉找回了一点点大学时的感觉，下面对08年刚开始锻炼和现在的状况做个比较。

又被虐死了。不过这次是用step, rubber band, dumb bells, and glider，没有用
bosu，感觉好多了，我最差的还是平衡能力。L帅哥好凶啊！站在他旁边的那个妞瘦瘦
小小的，不太跟得上，L帅哥吼她的说！"don't stand next to me next time!" 至少
吼了她三次！妈妈米娅！我上周两节课都站他旁边，还不知道那个位子很危险的说！以
后要离他远点。。。他的课还是不错的，看得出是很用心编排过的，每次课内容都不一
样，但是编排很紧凑，他每次提前到教室给大家把equipment都摆好，连step的高度都
调好了，很敬业。
