1，断尾求生阶段
当市场整体或某只股票出现实质性恶化时，市场中的smart money 总是
会在第一时间嗅出味道的变化，这时他们会在第一时间拼命出逃，市场
会出现恐慌性卖压，如电影margin call 所描述的，很多smart money
生存的法则不是去追求在最高点出货，而是在次高点清仓。
2，市场持续下跌阶段
市场下跌趋势已经形成，在这个阶段往往会出现一些反弹，每次的反弹
都是市场做空者入场的好时机，做空者会利用这个时机布置空仓，这时
在市场上可以很清晰的看到恐慌性卖压，这些做空者生怕没有赶上下滑
的滑梯，市场在次日往往表现为跳空低开持续下行的走势。
3，接近市场底部阶段
在市场顶部阶段，smart money出逃了，dumb money还在希望市场继续
向上，在市场反弹阶段，dumb money 认为市场底部出现，市场应该反转，
