for shoulder press. Those are the 2 main routines I do, then I also
exercise my forearms, wrists, rotary cuffs and do weighted pull ups to
exercise my back muscles. So these are basically all the resistance
exercises I do.
I also try to add leg press (i think that's what they call it) into my
routine. That's about it. |

屯腿：squat, dead lift, leg press, step up
youtube上面有很多示范
手臂不用担心，练胸的时候顺带练三头，练背的时候顺带练二头，大的机群胸背腿，每
样练一天，每周练一次，差不多了
其实关键是三大项：bench press, squat, dead lift
可以适当加上 barbell/dumb bell row, military press

我买了鼻夹，但没打开，不敢用。我怕我用了，就摘不下来了。
就是按GoSwim的练。视频每个字都要认真听体会。
我协调性很差，你绝对比我快。
站在潜水中间，我用noodle翻了30分钟。
然后用floating dumb bell 翻了30分钟。没有，可以用浮子。
然后试着不用，会翻歪。
睡一觉，sleep on it. (非常重要，学新的东西 1天1小时《 两个半小时加睡眠）
第二天，接茬干。floating dumb bell 和空翻结合。
等你不翻歪，最难的就搞定了，剩下就是提高。
我大概第二天偶尔能不翻歪。
然后就站到旗子后面游到边翻游回到起点，从新。
只有多练Goswim...
Go Swim 练完了，就 Go DZXY... 从三字经开始练。。然后看旧帖。
然后我就开始游泳的时候用，深水边翻，浅水不翻。。
熟了，就两边翻。
然后，就BSO 奔。。哈哈。
跟你个TIP：就是不用手！千万不能用手去翻。 |

第一天”明显是两天，从开始工作到天黑，一共是20个小时。估计是第一天夜里没加班
，和第二天早上连一起了。而且可以注意里面基本上一个昼夜交替是20小时，说明一天
还休息了4个小时。视频里也没说是连续工作或者六天建成。所以全部时间应该是7天到
8天。工作时间是136.5小时。但是能这样建起来还是很令人惊讶的。远大公司还在世博
会上面花了24小时建造了一栋展示楼，那个有24小时连续视频。
下面是Youtube上外国人的部分评价。里面当然有一些是嘲笑中国产品质量低下的。但
是更多的是惊讶。搞笑评论也很多。欧美发达国家因为建筑项目少，所以市场养不起太
多的建筑工人，所以建筑的时候花费时间总是特别长。很多欧美居民对此非常不满。所
以建筑速度虽然值得自豪，却也并不是说我们比欧美强很多。这一点要客观看待。但终
归来说，中国人现在吃苦耐劳的本色仍然非常强大。
外国人的自嘲看看就好，每个国家的人都看自己国家不顺眼。哈哈。

绕口令是因为中英文结构不同，同样的事让我用中文说是另一种样子，虽然两者要表达
的意思是一样的。我还说学习语言相当于学习一种文化思想，不是简单的用一种文字替
代另一种文字，如果你把什么话都从英文翻到中文来记，八成英文学不好中文也要走样
。面包说怎么听起来这么复杂。
然后我问他是否记得小时候怎么学的中文，肯定不是通过另一种文字关联起来的吧。我
想估计没人记得自己是怎么学会母语的，如果谁想说“大环境”，“耳濡目染”，八成
也是看别人说的。我很喜欢Vygotsky的理论，所以这里引用他的说法。首先学习的方法
不同，学母语是感官和语言通力合作形成各种概念。你指着一个东西问这是什么，然后
别人告诉你名字，于是这个名字和这个东西就结合起来，还要包括这个东西的种种特点
，让你知道狗不是猫，桌子不是狗。当然小孩子要经过一个归纳总结特点的过程，一开
