大腿拉伤了。
SFM的时候左腿的hamstring曾经跳过一小下,以为没事,现在慢慢回来了。上礼拜五的
时候觉得ITB有点感觉想找按摩放松一下,结果大腿给按得太厉害,10K跑伤肌肉了。现
在hamstring和肌肉都疼,用不上力。

你还是当心点。我记得去年你CIM之后报告,经验之一就是当时eary run/recovery run
跑太快了。我觉得你今年AM plan到后面又有点重复去年了。

是因为按摩,跟别的没有关系。左腿给按了半天右腿基本没怎么按,因为我说
hamstring有点小问题,结果左腿废了。

我的easy run和recovery run都是在身体能够完成所有的训练能够及时恢复的前提下定
的pace,和去年不一样。去年知道水平还不够,就比较push,今年差不多了,没有那个
必要。

Haile Gebrselassie's 10K recovery run is done in 43 minutes. Your recovery
runs are about 10K in 50 minutes. That is way too fast. Just consider the
fact that your goal marathon time is more than 50% slower than Geb, yet your
recovery run is only 16% slower than Geb.

当然是你知道自己的身体多一点。我记得去年你定pace是用BQ time, mcmilan算的,然
后取慢的上限。看来今年你水平又提高了不少。不过也就没几周了, good luck。

sore muscles recover quickly, but a pulled muscle can be annoying. In 2008 I
pulled my right calf a little, and it bothered me for about a year.

昨天上药,剩下就是睡觉。
晚上很早就开始躺着看seinfeld,鼠标也拿到床上远程操控,看睡着了醒过来换一盘接
着看。到10点左右熄灯一直睡到6点醒。
这两天争取走路久了没感觉,希望本周能恢复。

嗯,今天先去gym做cross training,然后约公司的理疗师咨询一下。
明天如果还是走路有感觉的话,interval就改recovery run了,这个礼拜可千万要恢复
,不然我就是自作自受,自废武功了。

估计还好,不过正中间的hamdtring有点烦人,现在扯到外侧靠膝盖部分的那条也有点问
题。
我去gym增加了一些drills,是Monica最近教的,练怎么提高步幅,不能猛跑就练练这些
吧。

where the worst case scenario is that you run a slow time and jog to the

That's why he's a top-notch marathon runner.
In that sense, DNF is prepared for the winners.
I could not be a winner, so I tell everyone who asks
me "Did you win the race?". I reply. "everyone is a winner."

我十年前就DNF过了。Bragging rights! LOL!
不过那是山地车比赛。第一次比赛,可选25公里或50公里,我不知天高地厚,直接上了
50公里,结果30公里左右
就hit the wall,哈哈哈!

哦, 50迈是7月17, 100迈是8月20。。
查了一下去年的数据:
276人参加, 180人完成, DNF 30, DNS 66, 感觉还算比较靠谱。。
明年5月1号之前报名费都只要90刀, 严重动心中。。。

不要轻易尝试ultra。一口吃不成胖子,我的第一个50m dnf,然后卧薪尝胆,稳步上milage,才敢去挑战其他ultra。这个ultra之前两周,每个周末一个26mile long run才有这个令自己满意的成绩。
也不是每个人都适合ultra。我跑不快,但我能跑远。而且现在非常厌恶商业马拉松,才越来越喜欢ultra。这种小比赛比较和我胃口。

俺的处男铁人完成得这么不给力,本无面目见江东父老。可是上来一看感动坏了,大家
都这么关注小弟,特别是东部的兄弟姐妹们,还得熬夜,俺不表示一下太说不过去了。
现在大脑还比较无序,想到哪写到哪。正式的报告以后再说。
不给力的原因不是大家想的,refuel出了问题。我这次认真贯彻了横教练的热燃料计划
,在车上每小时一个胶,每2小时3粒电解质丸(REI买的,按体重服用),每小时1根蛋
白质棒。比赛过程中我全身上下一条肌肉都没抽筋,只有左膝出了问题。问题出在前两
项上(俺不外宁,俺只是说说实际情况)。
游泳我大意了,比赛前没有踩点看看浮标的位置。想着在这湖里游了好几次了,另外赛
会发的地图标的是一条笔直的路线,我用蛙泳sighting应该没问题。出发之后我就向着
正东游去。游了大约半迈,一条小船横到我面前,上面的白gg吼道‘turn right!’。
我一看,原来得先绕过一个浮标。靠,这赛会也太不厚道了,明明地图上画的是游直线
嘛。回程的时候也发生了类似的问题。整个游泳我估计多游了300米左右。
自行车赛让我欲哭无泪。比赛全天刮20mph的南风。这样子,出城一路顺风上坡,回城

This fall has been a roller coaster for me running wise. After my DNF at the
24 hour around the lake race at the end of July, I started to rebuild.
from August 2nd:
week 1 - 47 miles, mostly untimed very easy runs
week 2 - 71 miles, built up mileage with a lot of easy runs and doubles
week 3 - 70 miles
week 4 - 74 miles, gaining speed through two VO2max sessions, 20 mi LR
week 5 - 74 miles, with hard 18 mi pace run
week 6 - 59 miles. first sign of overtraining - right AT injury, recovered

There are no rules! Michael Wardian races marathons or ultramarathons almost
every weekend (and wins a lot
of them). Bill Rodgers ran 6 marathons in 1977, won 5 of them (including NYC
and Fukuoka) and DNF Boston.
