2012年9月2日，云南省巧家县“5•10”爆炸案受害人赵登用的家属，委托代理律
师兰和发布了《赵登用亲属状告巧家县公安局起诉状》。根据该起诉状，赵登用之父赵
举朝、母黄兴芬、子赵龙睿及妻曾建花，正式以侵犯名誉权为由起诉巧家县公安局，并
索赔精神损害抚慰金200万元。
兰和律师称：“在本案中，赵登用先被当作‘肉弹’，5公斤的火药在其身上集中爆炸
，尤为惨烈。而后，巧家县公安局通过新闻发布的形式，用凿凿言论，对赵登用进行了
‘未审先判’，导致他由一个无辜受害者演变成十恶不赦的暴徒形象，引发社会非议，
被学校、邻里和传媒描绘得青面獠牙，其家人也饱受舆论非议与调查，形同炼狱。根据
《民法通则》第101条关于对名誉侵权的认定，巧家县公安局已经明显侵害了死者赵登
用的名誉权。”
赵登用案的关键是公安局在没有充分调查，没有令人信服的证据的情况下，即迫不及待
地向媒体公布错误的结论，导致赵登用身后蒙受不白之冤，更对赵登用的家人造成严重

Do you even ready what you post? That case was a defamation case regarding
Fang's comment on Xiao's treatment procedure. It has nothing similar to
Zhuling's case.
The relevant case should be the case where Xiao hired people to physically
attack Fang. In that case, the perpetrator was caught and prosecuted. |

I am using xiao's defamation case, because when FZZ attacked xiao, he
certainly did not follow "innocent until proven guilty" principle, (and that
is why he lost his case).
Now when people attack SW, FZZ jumped out and defend for SW, and You said
let's follow the "innocent until proven guilty" principle.
