你对公众募捐，就是你自己选择做了public figure。对public figure的defamation啊
slander啊需要很高很高的标准才能成立。不要说是有感而发，蛛丝马迹，就是明摆着
胡编乱造也很难告人家的。
我现在就说，住在Poway的去年跳出来募捐的复旦大学毕业的福建人康蕾（这可有唯一
性了啊，不是说别人），我认为她就是诈捐的诈骗犯。更有甚者，从她对老公病发前后
自相矛盾的描述，还有毫无悲痛地急着发帖募捐来看，她还有故意害死老公牟利的嫌疑
。你尽管查我IP去告我吧。
你们这些人色厉内荏，故意拿这些话吓唬不懂法律的人。还有吓唬人家说要给IRS举报
的，说你要是举报，IRS会查先查你的税。难道IRS傻吗？这样还有人给他举报吗？IRS
举报难道一定要实名吗？连警察收到报案，都规定不许查报案人是不是非法移民，否则
怕非法移民不敢报案。你们这么做，恰恰说明做贼心虚，知道自己离监狱不远了。 |

帖？你写你老板怎么坏，有的人即使看见了也不会来和你对骂。
3. 奥巴马是public figure，你骂他的形象，他告你需要证明你有actual malice，这
个不容易证明，所以名人的defamation很难告。cindy可以说她不是public figure，or
只是在房地产领域是公众人物，这个版面不是房地产版，所以你只要说的话里面有不实
内容+影响到她的生意+-你如果曝光她个人隐私，你可能要吃官司。你要玉石俱焚吗？
法制国家，有问题，不是曝光，而是去report到房地产board，你的证据确凿，不比冒
着风险在这里闹好？你以为你这么闹最后能影响到cindy多少？你自己的问题能解决？
网络暴民，拿着共党大陆的手段来美国。网上的人？才不管你怎么样，那个人都不在

事情经过很简单，某雨夜，社区治保队员ZIMMERMAN在自己居住的封闭小区义务巡逻，
发现一个陌生黑人少年可能吸了毒，在该小区东张西望乱窜。他上前去问，并打了911
电话报警，911让他不要继续跟踪，但他还是跟踪了一段，之后跟丢了。他向自己的汽
车走过去。但在他到达汽车之前，黑人攻击了他，把他头部按在水泥地上撞，打得他鼻
青脸肿，后脑流血。他右手拔枪，单手贴近自己身体射击，一枪击毙了黑人。
此事不要说警察，常人就推断出ZIMMERMAN不会无故枪击黑人的。他如果存心开枪，就
大概不会事前打911报警；如果他拔枪在手，黑人也肯定不敢殴打他了。所以应该是黑
人觉得他没枪才去攻击他的，正当防卫是成立的。所谓ZIMMERMAN跟踪黑人，并不妨碍

只有一个盎司的可能性，私了+推个把被告员工出去自保才是common practice，不然等
人告了也是要出血，还陪上公司的名誉，太不划算了。
不过也不排除原告要搞一票大的，在yahoo内部调查的时候故意withhold evidence，真
上庭了再出手，不过那样的话她就不能跟yahoo要经济赔偿了吧？
不管怎么样，Yahoo对MZ是真不错，反过来也说明她还满有本事的，至少对上级和公司
是如此。

practice names, phone numbers used in the service.
As long as it is a fact, it is generally not considered violation of privacy

的码工，这些人到底去年收入多少，也应该公开，因为按照你的逻辑，public concern
= no privacy.
public concern是指在defamation law，原告sue诽谤，法律上对原告的举证有更高的
要求；
privacy law，不管是不是public concern，是不是有newsworthiness,只要对方有
reasonable expectation of privacy，那么就是private information
