没有什么Clojure不适合的道理。
Clojure非常适合处理数据,是所谓data oriented programming。
所以看你想干什么。
如果想要自己实现算法,Clojure很合适。我以前在这儿说过,用Clojure实现number
crunching算法非常方便,我自己实现过不少,基本就是按文章上的伪代码翻译。因为
人写的number crunching的伪代码,其实都是用FP的风格, 即使他自己实现的时候用的
C++,用imperative风格来实现的,但他描述这个算法的时候,不用FP风格的话,文章
的小篇幅是讲不清楚的。
如果你想用现成的东西,那Clojure是没有啥可用的(其实Java也没啥可用的),你不
如用R用python来得方便。 |

住气crunch,到结束时呼气。到顶部调整一下,腹部重新tension,利用腹肌把身体收回
来,同时吸气。要点是用tension把所有腹肌锁成一块整体。恢复体位时用腹肌控制动
作,而不是靠重力, 这样你会发现腹肌作的功不比crunch起来时少。运动时意念要集

下面有点难受。最近两个礼拜开始加大强度了,每周4次elliptical,每次35-40分钟,
有空就做crunch,还有每天晚饭后推娃出去快走45分钟以上。看到点效果了,两个礼拜
体重轻了3磅,肚子好像小了一些。还有我的实践证明,运动不会减产!当然我吃得还
是那么多,没有节食。 |

一下,做一两次马上要就不疼了。生了之后,抱宝宝又开始有点腰疼,没时间做瑜伽,
只是每晚睡觉之前做点crunches(不是situp那样大幅度的),后来给宝宝tummy times
的时候,自己就在旁边做点crunches。
我觉得腰疼主要是腹肌没力量,全靠背部肌肉支撑脊椎的原因,做一点点伸展的运动,
拉一拉背部就能缓解好多,再加上加强下腹肌就能痊愈了。 |

面比不上四十多的白大妈,尤其是上肢力量。我觉得异常羞愧难当。想当年,做个chin
-up和push-up,咱都是轻松的100分。于是我决定强迫自己健身。当时算了一下体重指
数(体重除以身高的平方),是22.7;我订下目标要基本保持这个指数,这就意味着要
把皮下脂肪变成肌肉。
最重要的当然是有氧运动。我试了慢跑,但是医生警告我在柏油路上对膝盖的损伤很大
;再说汽车过来过去的尾气也不好;如果去公园跑步则没有时间,另外我很讨厌狗屎。
又试了一下跑步机,也仍然有膝盖的impact。试了试elliptical exerciser,发现这个
不错,阻力可以调,角度可以调,impact降到比较低,而且晚上在家里就可以做。现在
我一般都是把阻力调到最大,然后跑15到20分钟。另外有同学说,为什么不游泳,

还是去不掉腥味
估计灯下就去睡觉了,太恶我了...厨艺不好真是伤脑筋.

还有那个站立的把腿抬起来的器械,我也不知道叫什么名字,我每次至多做7个,而且到第
7个的时候,完全腿上不去了.

3)蝴蝶夹胸
4)拉力器

f*******n 发帖数: 5241 | 48 Plank很练腹肌的。也许你身体不够成一条直线?找个镜子,或者让别人给你看看。要
不就是你呆的时间不够长。我一般三分钟后才比较有感觉。
我个人觉得sit-ups和crunches以及8min abs等都可以也应该练。大牛估计主要是针对
我做150个crunches和150个leg lifts说的。当然,cruches不一定是练腹肌最有效的方
法,但如果大家因此连8min abs都不做了,基本上就是泼洗澡水把孩子泼出去了的意
思了。练腹肌的方法很多,对初学者,8min abs还是不错的。不过,记得一定是腹肌收
缩,而不是用脖子去够。
还有一点就是,练腹肌并不等于减肚子。减肚子主要还是靠减肥。

我不知道做crunches有多少人受伤,但是,不用想也知道肯定比跑步受伤
的比例小。那是不是大家就都不跑步了呢?你的帖子对我没有影响,我该
怎么练还会怎么练。我只是看到好几个人说再不做crunches和8minabs了,
才说说我的个人看法。Full range sit-ups倒是比较容易伤到背,所以现
在不怎么提倡了。 |

w*******1 发帖数: 1789 | 50 上周上跳舞课貌似把胸和ribs之间的那个肌肉拉伤了,疼了好几天了,想着慢慢就好了
,也没在意,继续gym,就是做crunch类的动作的时候会很疼。。今天打了个喷嚏,然
后就觉得更疼了,于是去看医生,因为我想会不会不是肌肉拉伤而是别的什么严重的问
题。。。
庆幸的是,不是胸的问题,就是肌肉拉伤,可能有些炎症,医生给开了药,让我吃吃看
。。
不幸的是,gym可以去,但是不能做crunch之类的workout, 未来10天内的dancing课也
全部cancel掉了。。。
这让我怎么坚持8 mins abs啊???
