烤箱预热，华氏375度；
花生酱，一点点地加水，澥开，（用温热水效果快又好）；
加红糖、鸡蛋、食用油、香草精、小苏打（baking soda），搅匀；
我很喜欢蔓越莓干（dried cranberry），现在又正是季节，所以，我都会放一些；
加面粉（all purpose flour，也可以加rye flour，soy flour，whole wheat flour，
煮过的oat meal之类的），搅拌均匀，弄成软软的面团；
烤盘抹油，用手将面团分搓成小球，再在烤盘上按扁即可，大小随意；
大约要烤20 -30分钟左右吧。
我做的这种不是crunch的口味的，是香香的、湿软的（soft, creamy）的。
因为闺女很喜欢奥利奥的那种夹心饼干，我还试着把烤好了的小饼，每两个中间加上一
个大大的棉花糖（marshmallow），再放进烤箱里烤上10 分钟，然后取出来按扁，放凉
。也很挺好吃的，风味独特，哈哈。

买的用来刻的大南瓜，掏空了，瓜子洗干净，用盐、五香粉和酱油泡上，准备明天烤瓜
子，女儿很喜欢的，早就问我什么时候会烤些南瓜籽了。

4、如何纠正腹直肌分离
按照现代医学观点，大多数女性可以从产后第3天开始（剖宫产视伤口恢复情况而定）
在专业人士指导下进行有关的腹肌锻炼。总体原则是先加强腹壁最深层肌肉——腹横肌
（Transverse abdominis, TvA）的力量和功能控制，然后再锻炼腹直肌、腹内外斜肌
等腹壁外层肌肉。
（1）腹式呼吸
腹式呼吸（Abdominal breathing），它以膈肌运动为主，配合腹部运动。主要是锻炼
腹横肌，以从内部收缩腹部。方法如下：
①取仰卧或舒适的坐姿，松开腰带，全身放松；
②将右手放在腹部肚脐，左手放在胸部。吸气时向外扩张腹部；呼气时向内收缩腹部，
最大限度地把肚脐吸引向脊柱，略停5~10秒。此为一个循环。注意，整个过程中要尽量
保持胸腔不动。
③循环往复，保持呼吸节奏一致。一般每次5~10分钟，每日3次。
（2）Pull-Ins
主要是锻炼腹横肌，以从内部收缩腹部。方法如下：
①仰卧，两膝弯曲约90度，脚掌平放（脚跟与坐骨对齐），全身放松；

statistics may be good too, especially when you have expertise in SAS. I don
't think statistics is very tough but personally I just don't like number
crunching.
If you don't have the passion for the study field and only do it for future
job and greencard, the schooling time would be really painful to endure. My

那么感觉需要提防的事情是，第一，这个career path的入口可能很多很多top tier的
MBA都盯着的。很多MBA现在不去投行了，IT这个大行业方向和福利好的IT公司现在是他
们首选。
第二，从number crunching走向business strategy的inner circle还有一步跳跃。这
个path可能投行的人更清楚。我所知道厉害的人可以一年就进入核心圈子不再疲于一些
数字细节。没有跳出去的感觉也有，类似tanshuiwen所说的，会一只被压在验算或者重
新组合一些数据，给老板提供他需要的某个角度的aggregation, etc...
另外楼主在小公司混到高层之后，直接跳进biz circle这条路考虑过没有呢。

1。好的programming API。这个Hive和cascading多少弥补了一些
2。Workflow，这个google早就有了，但是没开源，也没发paper。Cascading和Apache
Crunch试了下水。Spark在这两个的基础上稍加改进，终于做得像一点样子了
3。in-memory cache / long live service，这个其实是最早的parallel computing就
有的东西。map-reduce为了扩展性、灵活性、容错性砍掉了，反正map-reduce的主要应
用ETL也不要这些。现在presto，spark又试着把这个加回去
4。interactive execution。也是早就有的东西，Google Dremel，Presto, impala，
等等等等
5。Peer to peer通信。这个对于某些应用很重要。目前只有MPI支持。但是MPI比较难
用了
6。实时数据处理。这个方面，Storm其实做得很好，但是相对比较难programming比较
