I thought about buying DE1911G, but after I tried in my hand,I was not
impressed.Trigger is light (4 lbs), smooth but not crispy. Fitting is fine
but you can feel the movement between slide and frame when you rattle the
gun, not much but there. Finishing is OK. It is fine gun with the correct
pricing but not a steal.
The worst part is their warranty is only 1 year. And according to their
statement, ship to Magnum Research freight prepaid, AND

我只能说说我有的。这么说吧,只有500大洋出头的Witness Elite Match 的trigger,
finish,handle(除了塑料grip panel外),accuracy,都不比1500大洋的1911差。
可能是由于重的原因,在我手里,accuracy 略比TM好点,不过由于我糟糕的技术(没
法稳定的在25yard打进3”的散布而这两种枪都是为sub 2" 设计的),我没法比较二者。
我只打过factory的FBI Lite的10mm ( 180 gr @1200 f/s) from USAAMMO 和 Amerian
Eagle,感觉后座要小过230gr@900f/s的TM.因为只打过几百发,虽然没出过任何问题,
但也没法评价它的可靠性。
其实厂家Tafaglio对CZ做了很多改动,有好有不太好。零件拆卸要比CZ75B容易的多。
但自从决定one size frame fits all 之后,frame要比CZ75 Bulky,也重,主要是为了
10mm.所以CZ的grip Panel不fitWitness.

at sunrise, called in the 9 pointer. Slug shot(rifled slug + smooth bore +
cantilever mount+ reddot) buckshot follow up shots, down.
at 8 oclock, 2 does sneaked up on me from behind. Too difficult for me to
move and take the shot, spooked them, ran away.
10 minutes later, the 8 pointer chased the doe to my tree. I shot the buck
with buckshot, 40 yards, immediate down on the track. The doe ran 30 yards,

就像那个视频里面讲的一样,striker里面VP9的扳机是秒杀glock的,也优于PPQ,非常
的crispy,而且枪把设计的超级ergonomic,27种自定义,如果不买sig,肯定入VP9,
价廉物美,9mm中的战斗机!

中午:去gf家吃火锅, 青菜,鱼丸,花枝丸,蛋饺,芋头,猪肉,还吃了她做的
oyster煎(有点油, 但很好吃),没吃主食,喝一小杯少糖的茶
下午:喝了一杯加奶和糖的咖啡
晚上:吃泰国菜,其实还很饱,吃不多,不过吃了paisewo, 是面食,3小口,炒饭3小
口, crispy duck 几小块,coconut soup小半碗,烤鱼俩口
应该不算太多
晚上就杯具了,参加完group activity后已经10:00PM有人带来了Teramisu, 俺滴最爱啊,罪恶滴吃了一小块。。。

mm你是不是吃太多了啦?
以你的身高和体重,要减肥,一天只能吃1200的。。。
把那些不健康的cookies,chips,candy都skip掉吧,想吃零食的时候就吃水果和酸奶。
还有,把猪肉换成鸡肉或者鱼肉,早饭加牛奶,酸奶或者水果。晚饭不要吃那么多。。。

以下是我近日的早餐,感觉满足Atkin's的要求,味道、满足感、操作简易度都优良。
另外一个主要的考量是:不产生油烟,相信没有人愿意弄得衣服、头发、脸上都是油烟
,然后顶着油烟出门。。。。
A: 培根n片(n=2~4),用厨房纸巾包裹起来放在盘中,再用微波炉加热n分钟(不会产生
油烟、完成速度快、并且可以去除培根中大多数油)。如果喜欢crispy的话,可以稍稍
延长加热时间;
B: 鸡蛋(2个)和蘑菇末(1cup),将混合蛋液打匀,加入少许盐和胡椒调味。然后用微
波炉加热2个1分钟,中间取出搅拌蛋液(蘑菇内含有大量的纤维素,比多数的水果和蔬
菜的纤维素都要高很多;这个做法速度快,也避免煎蛋产生的油烟);
C:蔬菜少许,推荐的蔬菜有牛油果(有健康脂肪和蛋白质)、黄瓜、baby菠菜,也可
以加洋葱,不过可能会产生口气。
将A,B,C装盘,可以不用加dressing,味道就不错!!!饱腹度不错,可以坚持3、4个
小时不感觉饿!!!而且几乎无carb!!!请指教。。。。。

我在amazon买了大概一共9盒各种口味的吧,现在还剩下大概6、7盒。
真心不爱吃这些甜的东西,而且现在每天热量都吃得足足的,也不用拿这个塞热量。搞
得我现在有点头痛这些bar咋办……反正坚果跟这些bar就是二选一,有一个就没另外一
个。所以估计等把家里这些坚果吃完了就又会开始吃了吧
你那次推荐的chocolate chrisp什么的,不好吃啊……一点都不crunchy and crispy,
有点潮,吃起来像吃潮掉了的炒米一样。

Dinner: breads + one bite of lobster + 1 slice of lobster pizza + some ice-

Exercise: walked inside the mall (raining outside)
Plus: gave away the seafood gumbo I ordered as I remembered I ate the
icecream in the afternoon.
Delta: too much breakfast. kids didn't like the ice-cream I ordered in the

看情况,如果写的是per slice fried,就是very crispy的,否则就是raw的

更何况适量的香蕉巧克力对身体有好处啊 减肥是好,但也不能因肥废食吧?那个
crispy的棉花糖和萨其马差不多,我就是当早点吃的,一个130卡,也还好吧,中午是
面包,早上就不想吃一样的了 饼干是以前买了剩下几块,刚好下午运动前补充一点体
力。根据自身为数不多的经验判断,饿着肚子锻炼有两个结果:要么完全跑不动,要么
跑完了补偿性的狂吃,与其这样还不如稍微垫点,多跑10分钟不就得了。
我对待食物的态度是,这个东西我是以后永远都不愿碰了,还是就是为了减肥这几天忍
着不吃?如果仅仅是为了这几天看出效果,那么以后肯定还是会爆回来的。所以我没有
像版上有些同学对食物那么严苛,也没有讲究什么特定的减肥流派。纯粹还是相信能量
守恒吧,均衡的食物搭配加适量的运动就好了。减肥不是一时的事情,是一世的事情啊
。减的慢不要紧,但是要减的开心,健康,稳定。
不过还是多谢MM的批评,希望能多提些建议。MM的before&after照片我也看了,非常励
志,希望以后我也能减到你那个效果,也来奔对比图。

这个是我做的。原料来讲应该是蛮健康的。但一如公认的。健康食品不等于减肥食品哈
。这个cookie老美同事吃了说好吃,我就翻译成英文给她了。不知道热量。应该不低。
我们全家都吃。大人的早餐就是这样2,3块饼干+咖啡(减肥前哈)
非常好吃也不算甜。好吃过一切bakery fresh烤的cookie。
