your chest。因为press chest领先于高肘划水，所以这几个感觉对蝶泳来说是正确的
。但是自由泳没有press chest这个阶段，通过送肩和斜插入水，要让背部肌肉比蝶泳
早半拍engage进来。
如果TI讲的脑袋/上半身向斜下的动作会让学习者做出类似蝶泳press chest的动作，以
至于手要轻放做支撑才好发力，那就是TI的又一个缺点。 |

just from the symptoms, it is likely acute myocardial infarction (AMI). it
could also be severe angina without infarction. in the majority of cases,
the primary cause is vascular. alternatively, in certain circumstances,
problems in the conduction system can cause hemodynamic disturbances severe
enough to cause heart attacks.
AMI, depending on where it occurs, can damage the conduction system too.

比如网上的上衣尺寸是Small, chest是36-38, 这个36-38是这件本身的chest尺寸, 还

的信封退给我，说只有医生可以打开，其实我chest x-ray 的结果上次给了医生，结果
他没装到信封里，我想问问你rfe 后交的I-693 还需要申请人和医生重新签名吗 ？我

发帖数: 287 | 45 我前阵子做了485体检，很多疫苗以前出国的时候都打过了，这次只打了另外两针，具
体名字我也忘了，好像是什么hepatitis A和 hepatitis B，然后也做了TB test，结果
是 positive。收到TB test结果以后，那个移民局指定的医生（Dr. L）让我做两件事
情：
（1）做 chest X-ray，并且把报告发给Dr. L; X-ray的结果是negative，说明不具有
传染性。Dr. L也说了，其实绝大多数中国人都是这样的结果。现在Dr. L已经有了我TB
test和 chest X-ray的结果。
(2) Dr. L同时又给了我另外一个order，约见 Pulmonary and Sleep Consultant里面
的一个医生 Dr. F. 我上个星期二去见了Dr. L，她就简单对我做了一些咨询，建议我
吃6个月的药。我看了P Jiang的博客，说我们中国人不要去吃那个药，我当时也就没有
答应。直到今天，我询问Dr. L那边，有没有收到Dr. F的report，那边还是说没收到。
我想不通的是，为什么这么一个简单的report，一个星期都提交不了？

negative 现在打印了3个的结果报告 chest X-ray报告里面只有文字描述 clean lung,
not significant study之类，问一下大家还需要附上chest X-ray片子吗？多谢多谢 |

it appears that you neglected to submit a copy of the actual x-ray report.
The civil surgeon wrote a summary statement regarding the x-ray report,
which is not the report itself. Please refer to Page 2, Item 4 stating a
copy of the x-ray report is to be submitted.
The medical examination report, Form I-693, submitted with your application
to adjust status, did not include a separate x-ray report. The form i-693
