简单说,很多时候说高蛋白饮食,是因为一些副产物的作用,不是蛋白质本身
比如
1减肥用的高蛋白,限制carbs摄入,不宜长期使用
2.增重用的吃肉的高蛋白(不是吃粉),会同时摄入大量Sodium(烹饪用)和
饱和脂肪,自然对身体不利
一般靠吃蛋白粉的所谓高蛋白,对肾脏负担根本可以忽略(除非你服用其他药物
或者本身肾功能不好或者有其他慢性病)

06年的时候得病, 体重最后高达243lbs经历了半年 减到185LBS 左右
到了加拿大后,估计是因为天气太冷,容易堆积脂肪,2年,一点点的反弹到200LBS 以
上, 4月份 的时候达到217 不过还好被我及时制止住了
5月开始,每天坚持锻炼,到现在体重达到了自己的新低, 183LBS 腹肌也逐渐成形了
,我目标是170LBS 练出六块腹肌, 呵呵
这段时间减肥 主要遵循了一下几点
1. Eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day
2. Keep your protein intake high
3. Keep your carbohydrate intake low
4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day
5. Don't eat carbohydrates before bed
6. Incorporate cardio training into your weekly routine
7. Don't snack between meals

当然对应还有CCLL,critical carbohydrate level for losing
每个人都有一个特定的CCLM和CCLL值。此值与代谢抗性成反比,和代谢能力成
正比。
因此,CCLM (CCLL)的意思就是说,对一个特定的人,过了某个特定的碳水摄
入值,
代谢抗性就会如此之高,以至于,即便卡路里摄入值是入不敷出的,也不能保持(减肥

代谢能力和代谢抗性,直接和年龄,性别,有氧运动量,和肌肉含量相关
高代谢抗性(低代谢能力)的人,一般每天吃25-40克碳水,就进入CCLM了
这相当于一个半苹果,或者一个梨的总碳水量。
也就是说,你就吃了一个苹果,一天就算全啃蛋白质,热量也很少,它也是一点不掉肉。
中代谢抗性(中代谢能力)的人,一般每天吃40-60克碳水,进入CCLM
这相当于一片apple pie的总碳水量(一个9寸apple pie的8分之一)
就是说,对于一般人来说,吃了一个apple pie,一天不吃饭,这天应该也不可能减肥

我知道果糖是很难直接引起血糖值升高的,而水果中所含糖的种类基本上只有果糖,葡
萄糖和蔗糖,也不需要很复杂的消化过程,而根据wikipedia中GI的算法:It
estimates how much each gram of available carbohydrate (total carbohydrate
minus fiber) in a food raises a person's blood glucose level following
consumption of the food, relative to consumption of glucose.所以基本上根据水
果中含糖种类的比例就可以大概判断他们的GI值的高低了,是这样的吗?

你可以认为,人能吸收的碳水是20-5=15g

哪个"grain-free"的没potato?总需要一点“粘稠物”让“食物粒”成型。
关键要"Grain-free",CARBOHYDRATES含量就一般比不是grain-free的要低些。
(其他grain比如rice flour什么什么的。)
比如grain-free的EVO的猫粮,一样有potato,但只有7% CARBOHYDRATES。
Orijen仅在Australia负面报道是因为就Australia非要在进口Orijen猫粮时
给其high levels of gamma radiation。recall也只发生在Australia。
是这个额外的radiation造成的问题,并非Orijen猫粮本身多么有害。
美国等其他国家的Orijen猫粮,就有没这样的问题。

crude protein的含量任何问题都说明不了,要知道植物蛋白也是crude protein,鸡毛
也是crude protein,这些根本不是猫该吃的东西。所以唯一的办法是看具体成分。没
错,成分表唯一的信息就是那种多一些,但不给出具体多少。但是为什么大家公认的好
猫粮都要列那么多肉的成分?就是告诉消费者一个隐藏信息:我的产品肉含量很高。如
果只有第一项是肉,可能肉含量只有10%,反正比其他成分多就行了。但是如果前几项
都是肉,那就保证了一定百分比。
如果你非认为solid gold的第一项就占了80%,当然也不是不可能,虽然我不相信。另
外,我在网上看到一个罐头成分的比较,solid gold的carbohydrate%高得吓人,21%的

为什么carb多的猫粮不太好(长,欢迎校正/补充)
都是肉食动物,我们什么时候看到老虎啊狮子啊豹子啊,吃玉米,土豆,大米,大黄豆
,豌豆神马的。都是肉食动物,为什么要让猫儿吃呢?
小猫的生命只有一次,比我们短很多。我们都希望他们能健健康康,快快乐乐。
饮食是小猫健康情况最大的影响因素。所以健康平衡的饮食很重要。
不健康的饮食,会增加小猫生病的概率(肥胖,糖尿病,泌尿系统疾病等),即会让猫
儿和主人受很多不必要的肉体和精神的痛苦,也会增加主人的经济负担。
所以还不如,pay in advance, 尽量让小猫吃的健康一点点。
1.carb对猫体不好,会增加肾脏和泌尿系统疾病的概率。
2.carb不能提供猫体需要的营养。猫无法依靠谷物合成体内必需营养物质。
3.摄入大量carb容易产生饮食紊乱,抑制猫吃蛋白质,造成恶性循环。
4.carb对牙齿健康不好 (牙痛不是病,痛了真要命)
为什么商店买的干猫粮会有carb呢?
主要的原因是为了减低成本啊,成本低+卖的贵&多=多赚钱
另外,原料和成品相对易于保存
喂猫粮相对便宜,省事儿,但是考虑到可能产生的各种问题,

My lab happens to study one important type of O-glycosylation.
O-glycosylations are carbohydrates linked through hydroxyl groups of
serine or threonine of the protein. There are different types of
O-glycosylations. They have different functions.

What I talk about is to produce hydrogen from carbohydrate and water as
below reaction
C6H10O5 (aqueous) + 7 H2O (l) --> 12 H2 (g) + 6 CO2 (g).
Please check the H prize. No any chemical compounds can meet the requirement
for hydrogen storage. So use of hydrogen carriers will be better solution
NH3 --> 1/2 N2 + 3/2 H2
Methanol + H2O --> H2 + CO2
Among all possible carriers, carbohydrate will be the best due to costs,
efficiency, reaction conditions.

I haven't used this stuff yet myself but just ordered 5 based upon
recommendations and the sale price on the 35 servings tub. Also, the 9.2
rating on BB.com seems pretty reassuring.
Keep in mind the website gives away a selection of free gifts for orders
