你说的没错,sugar也分好的和不好的。starbuck里面也有果糖提供的。所以我猜想
chocolate也可以用果糖,蜂蜜?I am not sure.
cacao是有消耗能量作用的,以前有人写过cacao paper,发在science上的,英国人。

以前追的那个MM为例子,和我出去每次吃的比我多,必胜客半个pizza下去,鸡翅还能

各中等个头的虾(44 cal, 0 carb), 加很少一点的香肠
下午:火锅(大概有2oz的羊肉,9oz的有机豆腐(180卡,没有碳水),还有一些中国

晚上去看一个朋友,没有去gym运动,过会儿准备做半小时仰卧起坐(不知道能不能坚

这个说法基本是对的。但是,不可以简单的认为淀粉“转化”成了脂肪。
从生化角度来讲,确实有淀粉“转化”为脂肪的途径,学名叫作“de novo
lipogenesis ”。可是,正常的饮食也好,一般的DIET也好,身体是不大走这条路的。
还是我先前讲的,这条道路太复杂,效率低下。
淀粉导致肥胖主要是因为淀粉导致吃下去的脂肪更多的储藏起来。引用下面的论文原句:
“By sparing fat in the body’s fuel mixture, surplus carbohydrate energy
will make people fatter, even though it is not directly converted to fat.”

Question:
Hi, I`m a RD. Have a client that is in the starvation mode. Know your are
supposed to not change amount of calories consumed but help them to eat
differently. Not sure what this means. Not had a client like this in past.
Also, know it will take ~ 6 months for this client regain an appetite.
Client states not hungry. I`m out in an area with not a lot of access to
information. Hope you can help me to help them. God Bless
