正在按p90x的phase I diet 吃,每天1200卡:
Carbohydrates 90g (30%)
Protein 150g (50%)
Fat 27g (20%)
碳水和脂肪都还行,偶尔会超。但是蛋白还是吃不够。我吃很多肉,每天大概1-2片
cheese,2个鸡腿,200g 猪肉。难道要加蛋白粉?

还有个说法,耗掉3500卡就减重1磅。
这三个说法好像没法互相说的通?

首先讲讲啥叫胰岛素抗性(insulin resistance)
胰岛素是胰腺产生的,其主要作用是降血糖。当我们吃了一顿饱饭,血液中胰岛素就
会升高
胰岛素能帮助血液中的糖,转化成肝糖原/脂肪储存,也可以帮助细胞利用血液里的这
些糖当作能源
如果你的饭比较健康,以蛋白质和复杂碳水(complex carbohydrate) 为主
胰岛素的作用方式是,迅速释放,然后迅速在血液中浓度降低---这是最佳的作用方式
也就是说,在理想情况下,胰岛素应该是“敏感”的,像机动部队一样,迅速出来,迅
速撤离。
如果饮食中简单碳水很多,胰岛素就要花“大力气”来降血糖,于是就会出现insulin
spike
也就是血液中的胰岛素峰值,比应该有的数值大很多。
如果饮食中坏脂肪(比如饱和脂肪,反式脂肪,坏胆固醇)很多,胰岛素清除的就很慢。
所以达不到“迅速撤离”。长期摄入高糖高脂肪食物,每次都调用大量胰岛素
最后就使全身细胞对胰岛素不敏感,产生insulin resistance

(2)同时跑步还有一个很大好处,就是产生BDNF(Brain-derived_neurotrophic_
factor)
这是一种神经生长激素---在大脑里,是用来抗衰老的。
而且有一定证据表明,能帮助清除Beta Amyloid。 跑步能促进这种东西释放。
这种东西能提高记忆和空间navigation能力,比如在大停车场里找到你的车。
BDNF还可以抗抑郁。最有效的释放方法:voluntary exercise

今儿陡然发现的,跟cream cheese混在一起,好奇买回来鸟~~~
fresh made farmer cheese,non fat, 2tbsp 25 cal,吃起来像是干一点不咸的
cottage cheese,没吃过cottage cheese的可以想象在cream cheese和greek yogurt之
间的口感,不咸这点我太喜欢了。。。。最不喜欢cottage cheese一点就是那股淡盐水
的味道~~~
买回来以后迅速在pumpernickel bread上涂了一厚厚一层,灰常好吃啊 !!!

说到营养比例呢,必然要谈到生活方式和运动方式:
白领和蓝领,营养比例是不可能一样的,蓝领要大量的潭水,不然不能迅速的提供能量
,可是白领潭水吃多了消耗不了,就变成脂肪存起来了;
做enduarance training的和bodybuilder也不可能一样,即使是p90x,也建议
endurance training的人吃5:3:2,潭水比例要高很多。
忽略了生活方式和运动方式的guideline,我个人觉得意义都不大。
我是小白领,主要健身目的是长肌肉而不是练耐力,所以觉得4:4:2比较适合自己。力

不过我倒是查了一下, 芋头大部分是碳水, 但GI很低, 属于good carbohydrate,才
买得。
其实逐渐也适应了不吃米面。不过昨天实在忍不住了,虽然餐馆有oriental salad, 还
是点了一个咖喱牛肉饭,好在饭只吃了3/4.本人是男的。

感觉好像是:运动强度越低,消耗的能量中脂肪的比例越高。强度越高,消耗的能量中
脂肪比例越低,但是由于高强度消耗卡路里总量提高,有可能消耗脂肪总量也比较高。
也有说法是interval training减肥很有效,也会比较有针对性的提高运动能力。
只要坚持运动,不管什么类型,对减肥都应该有些用的,当然吃要管住。

建议您可以仔细看看nutrition facts, 一般认为如果减肥的话蛋白质至少要吃到40-50
%,您这个我看都不一定到20%... 就连牛奶中的carbohydrates都是高于蛋白质的,所
以最好想别的办法增加蛋白质摄入。比如鱼可以多吃点没关系(只要不是炸过之类的)
,热量又低,蛋白质含量也高。

全麦面包的 glycemic index 比巧克力糖还高,吃了后血糖猛增,两小时后代谢完毕,
血糖猛降,就饿得不行了。
要奈饿,必须吃 glycemic index 低的食物,保持血糖稳定。
最好的早餐是水煮全鸡蛋,营养全面,对血糖冲击小。可以加healthy nuts, 核桃,
almonds, 腰果之类,不过要适量。

sounds like starchy 淀粉 food. They are still carbohydrates.
Better to avoid them if you want to lose weight.
However, if you only eat starchy food like: potatoes, without any other oil
or protein, you can still lose weight. It is called potato diet. Many
people who failed on Paleo diet can lose weight on potato diet.
