其实零食卡路里都不低 不过作为吃货的我在细心挖掘中还是发现了很多低卡又好吃的
零食,推荐几种trader joe's有卖的:
frozen mango chunk 冻起来的一块块的芒果 味道很不错 重点是卡路里低又可以代替
冰淇淋 饭后dessert的上上选
dry fruit (忘记叫什么名字,总之缺德舅里有一系列相同制作过程的风干水果)(推
荐菠萝,芒果,苹果,香蕉)跟加了糖的果脯不一样,吃起来口感是蓬松的
一种零脂肪的芒果酸奶 一盒120卡 本人每天都会消灭一盒
raison cracker 找到的饼干类的卡路里最低又最好吃的一种,11片90卡,一盒大概450卡
还有一种beef/salmon jerky 一带280卡左右
先推荐这么多吧 |

上下楼梯感觉太剧烈了,不利于消耗脂肪,
跑步可以匀速持久,所以消耗脂肪更有效,如果消耗的calories差不多的话。

高中就看过,当时被其中节食的叔叔震撼了,因为我贪生怕死,开始节食,想到要活久
一点,一块糖都不肯多吃。我小小年纪竟然有那么大毅力,坚持了近两年,想想现在真
是越活越倒退了。
calorie restriction确有其事,有实验证明,节食的小白鼠比多吃的小白鼠长寿25%
。当然一味节食,有副作用,但我脚着我们离副作用还有恨远的距离。所以,能坚持每
天少摄入20-30%,即1400-1600Ca/day,有利于减缓衰老, 省着点用器官,恨make
sense嘛。
同学们,想一想减肥不仅是为了美观,更为了活的久一点,多有动力啊。你想想得诺贝
尔奖得那帮人,拼得不就是谁活得久嘛。我们辛苦一辈子打拼,若老来没有时间享福,

Breakfast:
Start with a cup of salty water, then one serving fruit, then 1/4---1/2cup
oatmeal+ 1 cup of fat free milk。
一般来说这样吃下去就觉得饱了,如果还是饿就来片whole wheat toast, a cup of
black coffee.
最多300多卡的早餐。缺点就是protein不多,照我一个朋友说的应该早上就把protein
吃够,晚上就吃素。
Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich or leftover from yesterday's dinner, grapefruit or orange.
吃sandwich很快,可以节省时间去打球,如果要带剩饭剩菜,我尽量控制只带half cup
of cooked rice,蔬菜不够就带baby carrots or cucumber。
Snack:
到了下午3点多总是我意志最薄弱的时候,这个时候办公室里面也会有各种各样的零食

Android Market里面 health and fitness类,是free的,rating有四星半。
最让我amazed的是它有一个Barcode scan的功能。随便拿一个食物包装,把手机对准
barcode,就能读取食用一份intake的卡路里。哇咔咔,太好玩了~~推荐一下~~对不会
