回来3回，每次等1-2月，改一个月， 9个月就过去了，你岂不是亏死。
100×100的地，按照hinsdale的标准， 就是75×35的foundation max。 还包括车库
400-600， 你建两层， 才3500（包括车库）. 而且你不可能建方方正正的。 4 bed
3500包括车库实在是不大。
我还是那句话， 先决定township，买好地，在找人， 买地的时候可以问一下
architect能建多大， 如果人家这个都打不出来， 你就不要找了。
我的builder就见过请了个peoria的建筑是， 结果给city刁难了9个月才批下来的。 你
还有一个最好办法可以找建筑师，看看你的city 最新1年的permit都是谁申请的， 挑
个最多最快的建筑师。 钱差不了几个， 大概都是￥1。5-3/sqft的设计费。 但是一个
月两个月拖着就剩出来了， 和70W的建筑成本比，这个是小头， 而且， 建筑师设计的
好， 会省很多钱。 |

但一般的work不包括申请permit, 申请permit很简单, 有些人不愿意花这个冤枉钱.
