方向和项目进度，技术的更多归CTO，进度的归VP，architect应该是在CTO这个路子上
，我觉得这里的“指挥领导”更偏向于技术方向才对
architect。 |

老板号称搞得是architecture，就是在搞microprocessor，cache，memory，向上最多
到os，compiler，向下最多到digital circuit，多数时间在看isa，branch
prediction，scheduling，in order，out of order之类相关的东西
architect我一直以为就是做以上architecture研究或者设计的人
不知我的理解哪里有问题？求教

architect工作的。最近组里招了几个人，貌似我是最小的，在工作经历上，其他人好
像至少10年以上的样子。有一个烙印1983年就开始做IT了，工作的时间快刚上我的年龄
了。
由于相关经验比较少，所以对薪资的要求也不甚清楚，不过据contract的公司说，HM告
诉他们我要的工资低了。我的想法是不要over value当然也不要under value。 |
