1) service of experienced architect to design such additional suite
( room & bath ) leveraging as much as possible prefab design products to
maximize quality under reduced cost and to quickly obtain LA county's
permit approval
2) service of licensed general contractor with great track records to
manage the job under the budget supported by ROI of current real estate
market in the area.
If any of you know of any such qualified candidate, please recommend.
