很多人说国内比较浮躁，但这个机会是一个实在并非常专注技术的团队。
现在国内真正专注技术的机会在逐渐增多，相信五年之后会更多。例如去看一下国内最近一些的会议上的展示（最近在上海的 CSDN 和在北京的 Velocity 和 JavaOne），可以看到出现了一批比较专注的技术团队。
今天国内高端技术人才非常缺乏，部分企业愿意出重金聘请。但是相信五年后国内的一些团队和国内的一些其他企业会涌现出一批专注技术而不只是忽悠的人才。五年之后国内的人才竞争和今天有可能会大不相同。
相对来说在美国做一个普通的技术过硬的工程师是比较容易的，但真正做到大型企业 Principle 或 Architect 的机会则会相对较少（当然也有不少牛人做到了）。
而现在在中国则缺乏这样的高端人才，并能提供相应的机会和成长的空间。对于愿意考虑这样职业方向的人，这种机会可能会是一个选择。 |
