去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非

我家小妞三个半月大，今晚第一次进行了真正意义上的sleep train. 9点送上床之后开

差点背过气去。一小时后终于在我和她爹为其翻身抚背后抽抽噎噎的睡着了。。。
我想问的问题是：白天的nap是不是要接着训？她白天的nap质量恶化的很厉害，平时要
抖着才能睡着，
现在经常10分钟就醒，最后为了帮助她撑过1小时只好挂在人身上睡。
可是如果白天也要sleep train的话，等吃饱了休息好了（她有比较严重的reflux)犯困
了再送上
床，等哭够了估计又该到下顿吃饭时间了。。。而且要命的是，我自己一个人在家还不
知道能不能顶住

元旦聚会的时候trajan说1月份天气不适合飞行, 不幸一语成谶, 由于天气原因我的
instrument rating checkride日期一改再改,不是大风湍流,就是雨雪低压. 昨天上午
做了口试, 中午的时候到处都是25G39, 只好取消了飞行部分.
考官是个非常耐斯的老太太. 口试远比想象的简单, 所有我关注的各种难偏怪题一个没
问. Instrument rating口试中故意为难人的题目是有名的花样繁多, 比如各种奇怪的
近进程序, 让人眼花的missed程序, GPS进近MDA下面有和没有灰色斜线有什么区别，或
者一个明确写明不能做为仪表备降机场的机场什么情况下可以做为仪表备降机场之类,

就像你前面提到的200YARDS的PAR3，我基本上是一杆上（要是能上的时候），其实不追
求什么，在GREEN中间就成了。可是上来之后3PUTT，结果跟你两杆LAYUP-2PUTT是一样
的，但心情大不一样
我也是在短杆（125以内）的时候尽量想攻旗杆，不过，打多的人都知道，APPROACHING
的结果没有只往GREEN中间送好，压力太大，很多时候还要赔上一两杆
当然APPROACHING跟PUTTING是相辅相成，APPROACHING好了，PUTTING当然也容易。但是
有人拿枪逼着你APPROACHING的时候，我觉得是适得其反。
PUTTING我有一个最大的毛病是BACK-STROKE的时候，线路不稳，感觉走不直，所以
PUTTING回来的时候不CONSISTANT，还有就是朋友说我的是碰球不是送球，不过到现在
也没有搞到送的感觉
有一点大家都说的很对，平常练球要多化时间在SHORT-GAME上。我一直基本没怎么练

instrument rating checkride日期一改再改,不是大风湍流,就是雨雪低压. 昨天上午
做了口试, 中午的时候到处都是25G39, 只好取消了飞行部分.
考官是个非常耐斯的老太太. 口试远比想象的简单, 所有我关注的各种难偏怪题一个没
问. Instrument rating口试中故意为难人的题目是有名的花样繁多, 比如各种奇怪的
近进程序, 让人眼花的missed程序, GPS进近MDA下面有和没有灰色斜线有什么区别，或
者一个明确写明不能做为仪表备降机场的机场什么情况下可以做为仪表备降机场之类,
等等等等. 老太太问的基本都是一些经典教科书类的问题, 稍微要让人想的一下的问题
算是一个从爱地到香岩城的IFR飞行是否需要transponder.
可惜天公不做美,当天考不了实际飞行部分,后面几天天气预报都很糟糕. 在煎熬中度过

male-penholder-RPB.
1. With RPB, we should play like shakehand with two-side looping.
2. Male top players (such as Xu XIn) are too fast (footwork) and too
professional and their approaches could not be learnt by me. Female approaches
may be deserved to learn.
In summary, as a male-penholder, I would learn female-shake-hand approach with consistent two-side loopping. |

majority is deep shots with some spin to my enemy's backhand;if i want to
gamble, use inside-out;if we both are exharsted,try some nice drops. Hehe.
I have to say, approaching should always go to the weakness of your
opponents'ground shots. If his backhand is not so powerful and strong, i will
kick every approach to his backhand,even some time i may hit a winner to his

At first, when should you approach to net?
The best approaching shot is: hit deep down the line shot, then approach to
net following the ball's flying route. By this way, you choose the shortest
route to net, and cover the most part of net (opponent's down the line
passing and most cross court passing shot).

发帖数: 16592 | 44 女生发球局的要领是，一般对方肯定绝大多数会回给女生，而且不加思考，如果要让对
方思考了，而且在接球时候犹豫，甚至临时改变主意，对方接球环节质量就大大下降。
一般方法是，
1 女生要能控制发球的落点
2 男生网前发指令决定这个point的战术，通常是stay，fake，approaching。
3 stay时候，一般由女生决定发球线路，fake时候一般是T，和approaching一样。fake
时候，男生在对方接球之前做approaching的样子，然后回来，女生不动；approaching
时候，男生换到另外一侧截击，女生cover男生空出来的一侧。
因为每一个球对对方都是未知的，这样发球局的主动性就好了很多，这样变化的战术就
激活男生的作用，而且即使不击球，fake的脚步也对对方有震慑和牵制，至少是分散注
意力的作用，弥补女生的不足。 |

发帖数: 16592 | 45 如果你不上网留在底线90% point都丢，就还可以去试试，呵呵。
上网是一系列技术动作组合起来的。比如发球要有攻击性，就是桑椹也不是每个发球都
上网的。比如approach shot要能控制住对方回去，保证自己cover住court，我觉得应
该是80%的球能有第一volley的情况下才值得一试。而且自己volley还要过硬，要不第
一volley没有high % put away的话，可能就增加被穿越被lob的机会了。
所以要练习很多东西，比如什么时候topspin approach啊，什么时候half volley然后
approach啊，什么时候slice approach啊，什么时候chip and charge啊。至少有一个
要过硬，还要再会另外一个，或者有两个都比较过硬，才能比较有信心上网。至于网前
的技术，也是很重要的。至少要能控制volley的线路，最后可以普通volley基础上还会
drop volley等等。 |

为如果有角度，我跑过去结削球往往只能拉起来，对方等的合适正好拍死
感觉机会来了approach是个超级牛X的MINDSET，我也正在努力
我有个暴力球友一直宣传机会来了要能直接拍死，他也的确能拍死，但我总觉得对于我
不容易，还是approach一下等下一个更舒服的机会好
有时候approach的角度好直接也赢了，敌人勉强跑回去接到天上 |

我自己意识到：
1 发球双误，下去苦练2发
2 底线位置感差，recover总是落位在底线内，很多来球以为出界，最后一瞬间发现界
内的有好几个。以后一定随时注意，底线后半米。
3 网前短球预判差，经常赶不到，赶到了也晚了，而且也处理不好。还不知道怎么办。
4 slice不够深，方向控制也差，几个球被直接打死
5 反手drive有时候会忘记屈膝，不过这个基本一个失误下次就会提醒自己，不过一段
时间后又忘记。健身，把腿部肌肉加强，发球机打反手练习形成肌肉记忆。
剩下的大家尽管提，技术战术都可以，个人形象的就免了。

发帖数: 13172 | 48 恩，这个好像不能这么类比。偶这个也不是approach。即使正手approach shot，其实
是有两种打法的，你说的那种剪刀脚+hop是球在场地偏中间位置的打法，如果球非常靠
右边，就不能这么打了，而是要打open stance，右腿在外侧支撑+发力，打完后身体自
然向左前方移动。approach主要要考虑重心的移动方向必须指向下一拍的击球位置。偶
这个更类似后一种approach，击球完之后左腿在右腿左面偏前，然后左腿正好蹬地，身
体向右回中 |

发帖数: 3845 | 49 40秒这球，我觉得应该是正手approach shot没有跑到位，没有足够的spacing打两个角
都困难。另外这个slice serve角度其实没有拉开多少。这种中场低球approach还是蛮
难的。这个球比较natural的approach shot是双反cc上网，如果要强行正手approach，
我一般要有足够时间make space的情况下才会这样。
