Dear Senator Blumenthal,
Over the last several years, I have been learning about your tremendous
efforts devoted to issues that are near and dear to the hearts of many
people in my community, such as the clean-up of Myspace/Facebook to protect
our children from online predators, your firm stand on the issue of global
warming and greenhouse gas emission, and your perseverance in making sure
justice was served in the aftermath of Countrywide Financial's fraudulent
business practices.
What you have done has proven that you care deeply about ordinary people
and would always fright for them, that's why I am writing to seek your help
with regard to H.R. 3012. This bill has passed the House with an
overwhelming 389-15, and it would greatly help those hard-working foreign
professionals in the United States. Without the passing of H.R. 3012, many
of them are going to wait for 5 to 10 years or even longer to obtain their
permanent residency, simply because the per-country quota in the current
system creates a lot of wasted visa numbers every year. H.R. 3012, on the
other hand, will NOT increase a single visa number, but it will take the
first-come-first-serve approach, which is not only fair, but also going to
effectively reduce the waste.
Your support will be crucial to the passing of this bill in the Senate, and we will be forever grateful for your help, as well
as continually support your fight in making this country a better place

Dear Senator Blunt,
Over the last several years, I have been learning about your tremendous
efforts devoted to issues that are near and dear to the hearts of many
people in my community, and we are fully behind you in support of your
conservative views and approaches on social and environment issues, and most
recently, your opposition of Obamacare, which will not only increase the
cost of healthcare for individuals, but also make the recovery of this
country’s economy even more difficult.
On top of all those, the reason I am writing to seek your help with regard
to H.R. 3012 is your 97 percentile rating from United States Chamber of
Commerce that indicates your pro-business voting record. The success of many
businesses had largely benefited from the contribution from talented
foreign professionals in the United States, and this bill would greatly help
them continue making contribution to this country. Without the passing of H
.R. 3012, many of them are going to wait for 5 to 10 years or even longer to
obtain their permanent residency, simply because the per-country quota in
the current system creates a lot of wasted visa numbers every year. H.R.
3012, on the other hand, will NOT increase a single visa number, but it will
take the first-come-first-serve approach, which is not only fair, but also
going to effectively reduce the waste.
Your support will be crucial to the passing of this bill in the Senate,
and we will be forever grateful for your help, as well as continually
support your fight in making this country a better place.

Dear Senator Brown,
We are writing to express our utmost thanks for your continued work on
the national manufacturing policy and financial reforms for consumers.
These policies will not only benefit your constituents but also people
out of Ohio.
As new immigrants who are dedicated and hard-working in the United
States, we are aware of that you support a common sense approach to
immigration reform. We understand that it is a complex task and also
believe that your endorsement of H.R.3012 will improve current
immigration system.
H.R.3012 has passed the House with an overwhelming 389-15. The bill
does NOT increase a single visa number. It only proposes a
first-come-first-served principal for fairness. Your precious vote
will be engraved in our minds and we'll seek all opportunities to
support you in return.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Senator Grassley,
Your integrity is highly exemplary to all Americans, as exhibited by your
2007 investigations into farm subsidies for deceased individuals, and your
indignant scolding on irresponsible AIG executives. It’s such a blessing
to see you enthusiastically serving nearly a third of century in the Senate
in a wide array of senior positions.
It was the same integrity that prompted you to rise and put H.R.3012 on hold, because you must have been deeply concerned with the high cap of 85%. By
dropping the cap from 85% to 50% or even lower would be the most efficient
way to prevent the system from being abused by fraudulent practices. The
bill per se does NOT increase a single visa number. It only proposes a
first-come-first-served principal for fairness. You will be overwhelmingly
applauded for your wise and heroic amendment to this bill with an elegant
proposal to lower the cap rather than putting the whole bill on hold. Your
open-minded decision will be engraved in our minds and we'll seek all
opportunities to support you in return.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Senator Menendez,
Over the last several years, your efforts have tremendously impacted not only New Jerseyans, but also the whole nation, especially in terms of education, health care, job security and housing. In addition, your benevolent care about Latino communities is highly recognized in and out of New Jersey. It's such a blessing to have you as a leading Democrat in the Senate to promote the spirit of fairness and speak for people from all walks.
I am writing to seek your help with regard to H.R. 3012. This bill has passed the House with an overwhelming 389-15 because it will help U.S. retain the most talented foreign professionals without increasing a single visa number. Otherwise U.S. employers have been seeing many of such skilled foreign workers leave for fast-growing developing countries due to inhumane number of waiting years for a visa number.
Immigration policy shapes the future of U.S. Ask when was the last time an immigration policy came into being and you’ll be surprised by how outdated such policies are. Millions of immigrants and their employers are eyeing you for a crucial leadership in helping this bill pass the Senate. We will be forever grateful for your help.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Senator Merkley,
You impressed all the constituents and even people out of Oregon with the
most serious reflection upon the causes of the 2007-2009 financial crisis.
You'll be remembered for not only your famous amendment to ban liar loans,
but also the influential Merkley-Levin amendment in the Volcker Rule.
H.R.3012 has passed the House with an overwhelming 389-15. The bill does
NOT increase a single visa number. It only proposes a first-come-first-
served principal for fairness. The endorsement of a very influential senator
such as yourself is urgently needed to make the bill pass. Your precious
vote will be engraved in our minds and we'll seek all opportunities to
support you in return.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------如果用老猪的50%,我们可以在每封信里加一句:“If you're concerned with the
high percentage of 85% for any single country, we welcome your amendment of
this number to 50%." |
