砖引玉。
大家都以为德州枪械泛滥，枪法宽松，其实这是个误区，德州的枪支管理法规还是比较
严格的，至少这个城堡法就是在佛罗里达之后才通过的，并且效仿了佛罗里达的立法。
2007年3月12号，德州参议院30票全票通过SB37号自卫法，3月19号在州众议院宣读，3
月20号133票对33票通过众议院。以下13人反对

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

当年卡扎菲政变后其下属(少校)出面代表利比亚，
而伊朗的庞大律师团则代表伊朗，和米欧石油巨头谈判。
猜猜最后结果如何？
1。伊朗律师团先达成协议，取得大幅度的原油涨价。
伊朗国王巴勒维得到消息后相当高兴和满意。
2。不过几天，利比亚的军人谈判团也和米欧达成协议。
但米欧的石油巨头给利比亚的原油价大大高过给伊朗的。
3。消息传到伊朗国王巴勒维的耳朵，国王转喜为怒，
觉得他的这些留学西方法律学院毕业出来的伊朗律师团，
居然远远还不如一个从来没受过法律教育的利比亚少校军官。
该少校后来变成利比亚的首相，显然当之无愧。

事情是在2014年12月份30日发生的。张某某是一位50岁的中国男子，在亚特兰大经营一
家小小的搬家公司，2014年12月30日的时候，帮助另一个中国人家庭李家搬家。李家自
租一辆uhal要搬去纽约，雇佣张某某为其装车，这个家庭有一那时是6岁的女孩和一个1
岁半的男孩。在搬运过程中，李叫来警察，说张性侵了他的女儿。张被起诉，被判25年
的徒刑。三项罪名全部成了，其中两项Child Molestation, 一项是AggravatedSexual
Battery.
二 性侵过程
根据法院文件，小女孩的说词是：
当时，她和小弟弟在床下玩儿，张先生把裤子和内裤全部脱掉给她看他的生殖器，然后
把手伸进她的阴部，她从床下出来后，张先生又抓住她的手让她摸他的下体。小女孩画
出张先生把裤子脱下来的情况，并又单独画出一个他的下体图，画面极其逼真。

他还要当天赶回去搬local的一个客户。当然了，短暂接触我不敢保证看透别人的人品
，毕竟很多罪犯隐藏的深。当然了，我也不敢打包票老张是否露鸟，这个毕竟都凭一张
嘴。
但是这个判案，却觉得是检察官为了业绩，草菅人命。在法庭上，张被判决了犯有三项
性侵罪
名：第一项Aggravated sexual battery， 这一条比较严重，为实质性的侵入了幼童的
身体；还有两项：Child molestation，（儿童猥亵罪）。三项加起来应该是65年牢狱
之灾，后被所谓轻判，判为25年监禁，还定了终身“性侵犯”头衔（Sex Offender）.
这是个孤证案，除了小女孩的一面之词，并没有任何其它物证，陪审团相信小女孩单方
面的说辞。因为第一判决Aggravated sexual battery （实质性进入体内），实在没有
任何证据，那孩子并没有任何身体上的伤害证明！（这在案发当时，对小女孩和张都做
了身体检查，彼此都没有对方的DNA，没有任何的性侵的证据，张还是被判了！！！

就在你所在的德州就有可能满足这个条件
Not sure about other parts of the country, but Texas will let you shoot
someone who is running away to protect property under certain circumstances.
Circumstance being it is night, the person is fleeing with the property,
and you don't believe you can recover it by other means.
If you are faster than me and it is dark, it might be smart to let me see
that you dropped whatever you stole.

1.保护自己或他人不受生命威胁或重大人身伤害
2.阻止暴力犯罪.
