一，相信陪审团，第二，小女孩没有理由诬陷一个素不相识的人。
但是今天仔细阅读了atlanta168上的讨论，发现疑点确实很多，其中，有两个疑点至关
重要。第一，按照小女孩和她妈的陈述，老张脱了小女孩的裤子，后来小女孩在老张松
手的时候，挣脱了跑了。那么小女孩什么时候穿上裤子的，是个疑点。而且有网友透漏
，小女孩母亲刚开始发帖说是小女孩见父母的时候没穿裤子，但是后来删了帖子(但据
说被人截屏)，后来就说穿着裤子了。
第二个疑点是根据小女孩妈和女儿的交谈，小女孩摸了老张的鸡巴，老张的手指也进入
了小女孩阴部，但法庭证据却是，1. 小女孩处女膜没有任何损伤，2. 老张手上没有对
方的DNA痕迹，小女孩手上不知道验过没有，如果没验过，那是警察的疏忽。
我感到有点难受的是，12个陪审团人员居然无一例外，尽是白人！按道理讲，在这种情
形下，至少那个aggravated sexual battery绝对不能成立，因为那个往往意味着处女
膜破裂，现在第一，处女膜完好，第二，只有小女孩的一面之词，没有其他证据，那个

没法证明。小孩肯定是在某种情况下看到了老张的私处， 而且看的比较清楚， 是故意
还是无意就比较难说。 即便是无意， 老张也有一定的责任。 一个成人， 在别人家里
用卫生间， 不想被人看见是不会被人看见的。 但把小孩的裤子脱了去touch（或者伸
进）可能性极微。 假设真是个pedophile, 那老张一定是个惯犯， 不然不会基本上认
识他这么多年的都没有微词。 惯犯之所以能成惯犯， 就是他非常的注意环境， 在性
冲动和不被抓的平衡里首先选择安全。 那么在事发的当天， 那个环境是非常不安全的
。 并不是说小孩叫， 绝大多数被侵犯的小孩只是懵懵懂懂的觉得有些不对。大多数是
不会出声的。 但有另外3个成人（两个老莫和女孩父亲）进进出出， 属于不可控制的

被法庭裁定有罪，被判90天刑期，缓刑3年，并责令支付赔偿。判决意味着伤人者不用
坐牢，而法官做出如此轻判是因认为此案并非与种族歧视相关的案件，只是个人纠纷。

据法庭文件显示，亚利桑那州立大学（Arizona State University）中国留学生石
晓琳（Xiaolin Shi，音译）及其同伴在5月20日上午乘坐轻轨回家途中，被一名22岁的
