查auto check也显示1 accumulated owner.这个车我们都已经花钱做了mechanic check
，准备明天成交，
但今天才发现对方的title上写着 actual 7800 milage when purchased. The seller
is a dealership.而且０５ model，车主是０６年５月买来的，这样的车会有什么
tricks在里面么？（目前车主已经用了这车４年，mechanic check检验结果还行，就需

。丫开始承认，后来狗日的停车场保安给他低估了啥立刻改了，说是我没有警告他。
兄弟当时急啊，立刻联系自家的保险公司（21st）并要了中文翻译，真的很感谢那兄弟
，帮忙啊！！！把我颠三倒四，乱七八糟的语言翻译的巨professional，还外加了一点
那老白欺负俺是外国人不熟悉的美国law的话。老白负责人马上就说这100%是对方的错
，并上传了几张照片，说让俺耐心等着。
本以为这事就了解了，哪知道这一等就是小半年从前年年底11月一直搞到来年2月，后
来再联系21st，负责俺case那老白挪窝了，我的case一直就在那压着了，也没人负责向
对方公司acclaim了。
没办法，只好自己打给对方公司同时也要了中文翻译，same case，那个中文翻译好给
力，基本上给那个老白钉上绞刑架了，后面就很顺利了，一个电话过来让我选了body
shop，免费租车两天。
事后，看了看账单，我去3000大刀！车整个左边全给整了，包括前面hood cover

对于人文社科的，citation 都不多，所以不用也罢。
归根结底是要推荐人证明你的成绩的确是 nationally/internationally recognized
as an acclaimed research/leader in the field. 推荐人要找头衔多的，领域里
比较资深，对你的作品又有所了解的。要有至少一名在美国之外的。
publications, letters, review experience 都算满足条件，想要胜算
大一点，最好再多一项，比如在全国学会里获过奖，比如被媒体报道过，
比如是某个学会的成员，elected 那种。原则是宁缺勿滥，不要为了满足而勉强.
理论上移民局列的六项要满足两项。因为publications/letters是必要的，所以一般
是除publications/letters之外的两项，这是我们学校的director当年这么要求我们的。
可能就是想免去RFE之类的麻烦吧。

EB1A的条件我看了一些，难道就是三条就可以了？
1）papers；
（2）citations；
（3）have reviewed other people's work
我刚查了EB1A的条件，好像很chanllenging的说（看下面的英文段落）。
这几项我都有，也review了一些journal和conference papers。发表了一些Paper，但
是现在的citation还不是特别高，一个原因是我们行业的citation就不多，一篇
paper20多篇就不得了拉，还有就是发表的文章也就一两年的时间。各位办理EB1A的
citation一般都多少啊？

The worst that could happen in roth is that tax code changes 30 years later
and you still need to pay some tax. Follow that same logic, your investment

在是哈佛最年輕的終身full professor，中美兩國出書，成天的會議講座。
總之，讀中文最好是常春藤盟校博士畢業，這樣出路會有保證。基本上100%可以進
research university當tenured-track assistant professor。工資雖然不一定高，但
是鐵飯碗、聲望不錯，今後海歸回國鐵定是北大人大的教授。
當然你要努力寫東西，最好博士論文可以找一個acclaimed university press出版，比
如哈佛東亞研究叢書一類的。
另外，在美國讀中文不奇怪。當年民國那些大師很多都是留美留歐的，只不過平時人們
不提而已。如果不是留學的，則必須是私塾訓練出來的才是國學大師。我國1949年以後
的教育體系迄今為止沒有培養出任何一個人文大師出來，即使是中文或者中國史。 |

绿卡是神马？绿卡是非美国人士留在美国的必要证件。无绿卡就无法长期留在美国，或
者更准确的说就无法在美国定居，不论你是否有工作。很多公司支持绿卡，但都是perm
EB2，如果办这个，你以后就得看公司脸色，那天你被才了，你的优先日也就没了。

所以我老早就看出来了，
空调开得怎么样 totally 体现了一个家庭的生活品质。
美国老一天到晚的打仗，核心价值就在于能源的控制。
在世界上能源最充沛的国家里面，冬天家里裹着大棉袄，完完全全是穷苦心态的转移。
那么如何高效率的enjoy这个资本主义国家的优势呢？
小弟这里支一招：买入EXC
1.这个公司全力控股ComEd，你家每月bill，直接进入你的profit
2.年分红约莫5%，远远beat CD
3.dividend的收益，税率很低。
当然了，risk也是有的，比如隔几天政府发个notice，or 关几个nuclear反应堆，股价
就跌了。但是，如果从一个10年的时间段来看，不但可以保证不亏钱，还可以保证每年
的分红，只是有一点，想要发财是不可能了。
