I am running about 2-3 miles 4-5 times a week now.
Eating more veggie and protein, less carb, in comparison to before.
My goal: finish my first half-marathon this August and get to 130lbs by the
end of August, which means about 7 pounds every month, about 2 pounds every
week. Tough, but doable right?
