to break 14:15 and how to break four minutes, talking about their
improvement from 10th grade to senior year in college etc etc, and over here
some people are talking about how one shouldn't be running marathons for
the fear of death, and about how one shouldn't be showing off their PRs.
what the fuck was that? Those looking for excuses of not running marathons,
just go away and stop wasting our time.

to see them from the outside so they cover the windows with curtains. I
think it's called "Curves", and it'll suit you pretty well. This place, it
is a runners' club. If you want to see injury prevention, there are
thousands of posts on that, and I've written many myself. If you are here
looking for excuse not to work hard, please, move your fat ass somewhere
else.

喜欢讲逻辑没错，但这里谁也没把跑步和致死划等号了。你所有的辩驳再有逻辑也没意

我也不想一条条针对你的帖子做辩驳，没意义，也不是我发帖本意。
我觉得跑版应该比现在包容，PR贴，BSO贴，包括whining贴，情感贴，都可以有。版主
可以提供一些导向。
另外：jingcai起始帖里没有涉及什么push limit。是在你一口咬定人家有生理疾病之
后才提到的。你看到这种事情，第一反应是去科学研究这两者之间到底有没有联系；
jingcai以及其他一些人，第一反应是分享一下自己的感慨。我倒觉得是你错误的infer
了别人的意图才引起争吵。jingcai后面的很多话，是本能的对你的言论的反击，也许
不严谨，但也没出格。你让偶们回去做研究，我希望你回去理解一下别人发帖的本意。
退一步讲，偶们女人也许不是最有逻辑（在你的理解里）的人，可是我们一样有跑步的
passion和分享的诉求，不可以吗？

我身边有人过劳死了，我说一下大家别太辛苦，别把工资title看太重；你来一句过劳
