question about it. Running downhill on the heels would put much stress on
the shins and knees with little protection. When you land on the forefoot,
there is no danger of overstriding. You can drag the other foot behind you,
extend the strides slightly and let gravity do the work. It feels super easy
and efficient, zero impact. This clearly seems to be the right way to run
