on FOREFOOT. So I went out tonight, in
my mizuno wave precision, up mount royal. it was an unusually warm and
pleasant night in montreal. I made
sure that I ran the entire way on forefoot and forefoot only. absolutely no
heel striking. that includes running
up and down the mountain. it was tricky going down coz it's counter
intuitive. but it works. I didn't go very
