re-finance. so your rate will be higher than re-finance.

发帖数: 3328 | 5 purchase与refi不一样，是因为purchase的escrow跟title都是由seller选的，所以价
格差别可以很大，但是refi是由broker选的escrow和title.所以费用是可以控制的。
