M*****t 发帖数: 40	1 I just got an appraisal value for a NEW house I just issued an offer to. The appraisal value was $625K and my offer price $643. It even includes the options for refrigerator, dryer/washer, but actually I didn't get them from the builder. Does that mean we got a bad deal? Did we pay too much for this new house? Thank you very much!

h***b 发帖数: 1233	4 appraisal is merely an opinion--it varies from time to time, person to person. only problem w/ appraisal being < than purchase price is you may not get the loan you want if it's 80/20 (laon/down)
