. This feature made the list price of this condo $40K higher than other
comparable ones. I checked the report and found out the appraiser did not
count this in. Is there any way I can do to not pay the $290K in down?

的是可以使得房屋的value提高的。
没什么别的办法,就看builder肯不肯降价了。 |

guy pay $80K premiuem to buy a similar high ceiling condo.

deck他们都不算在内。location如果你正好在好区和坏区分界线上,但是是坏区的zip
code, 他也按坏区算。我这个就是。成交价490k, Appraisal出来460,看了一下
comparable, 都是打死我也不买的烂房子。seller也这么说,但还是同意降到470,我
就买了。
所以我觉得如果你真的喜欢,跟seller杀杀价,如果杀不下来,买了算了。 |

concession. it either comes in price or allowance. on new home, cut price
is difficult because it affects comps and would upset those who paid reg
price. also bad for future sales. normally builder would give upgrade
allowance or credit toward closing. so try those to make up the difference.
