没收到underwriter根据新价格出的disclosures，会有问题吗？现在可以remove loan

working on it. typically you can go back to the seller to tell them either
re-do appraisal on their cost or lower the price. or you can walk away if
you can not fill in the gap. if you really like the property and you are
local market is very hot, your only solution is to get more cash down and
close it.

The price is already been lowered. I guess my question is how would that
affect the loan approval process and how many additional days does it
usually take to get a final approval for the new loan amount...

发帖数: 426 | 6 Borrowers changes their loan amount just before closing. In most cases, APR
will remain the same or very close; but if APR is now 1/8 lower or higher
than originally-disclosed APR,it needs to be redisclosed and wait 3 or 6
days based on method of delivery.For details, it is better to check with
your loan agent.
