不过成交量萎缩了,
但是价格ppsf比前两月高了一点。
我们小区中国人移入很明显。现在邻里连成一片的中国人了。

w*******r 发帖数: 7276 | 4 I know many Lao Zhong jumped in last year because of $8000, basically the
last batch of houseless Lao Zhong( who can afford) bought in last year. This
year, Lao Zhong mostly are buying investment properties which basically are
around or below $500k. So my expectation is for the mid-higher end houses,
because of no LaoZhong's support, the price will continue to decline this
year. For the above $1m properties, Lao Zhong from China will support the
demand.
