and the appraiser made so many mistakes. He picked up three houses nearby

近Builder找乐个Appraiser对房子做了评估。这个Appraiser找了3个房子Model跟我们
的差不多做对比，但是他连这3个房子的面积都搞错了，相差70-100SQF，并且连房子的
外部Coating也搞错了。他还拒绝修改它的错误，说是这些是小错误。我的问题是，
appraisal 有多重要？我是不是一定要他把这个错误给改了。 |

这些小错误就没有必要计较了。

As long as appraiser gave you the appraisal price is equal or higher than
the purchase price, it will be fine.
