发帖数: 92 | 1 A Chemical Biology postdoctoral position is available in the Cen lab in the
Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Albany College of Pharmacy and
Health Sciences-Vermont Campus. Our research program focuses on the design
and synthesis of molecular probes and therapeutic agents targeting
epigenetic modifying enzymes. The ultimate goal is to translate these
findings into novel treatments for cancers and age-related diseases.
The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in a related scientific discipline
and an established background in Bioorganic Chemistry or Chemical Biology.
Technical skills in cloning, protein expression and purification, enzyme
kinetics characterization and organic synthesis is essential, and work
experience in mammalian cell culture and mass spectrometry is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are
required.
