I am invited to establish a new peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary international journal.
It'll be similar with Nature in style, but somewhat adapted. As the Editor-in-Chief (if I accept the invitation), I'm trying to estabilish the board.
This is a trial, but if successful, I'll make it.
The journal will consider all disciplines in Science / Engineering.
Our goal is to publish high quality papers as soon as possible; and also to
help academic scholars and industrial engineers to estabilish their career
and to find more opportunities. We hope that it'll get referred by EI after 1 year, and by SCI after 3 years.

The editor is a voluntary but honorable position. It'll help you to obtain experience of editoring. Your duty will be helping EiC to invite submissions, deal with manuscripts, invite reviewers, and make decisions etc.
Qualification: Well - estabilished scholars / engineers in your field in all science/engineering disciplines; hold a PhD degree or will have it soon.
