i mean its self paring from 5' end to 3 ' end during gel electrophoresis
process from it takes longer time than Bio analyzer Imaging.

more confused, as my pcr product should be just 200bp. i amplified dna from
plasmid.
i dont know exactly Bio analyzer works. could it be possible that this is
caused by single strand dna? |

while doing Bio imaging?
do it again, if you found that new type of duplex concatemer , manuscript send to JBC journal
as a new paper possible.
