刚毕业开始做薄后，老板底下加我一起5个薄厚，没有学生。其余4个在老板底下做了6
年以上了，呵呵
我以前做肿瘤的，现在的老板做神经领域。老板希望我做某一个环境毒物（他们实验室
以前没做过）对神经细胞的影响等等。查了一下文献，做这个的不多，用这个chemical
处理过神经细胞的文章只有一篇。他们文章中有viability data等。我准备自己先做做
viability 看看浓度，处理时间等。准备开工，结果被其余博后嘲笑了一番。不知道我
是不是真的科研思维太弱了，很郁闷：
1, 他们说别人都做过viablity了，你为什么还要做？直接用他们的结果选浓度不就行
了么？难道你不看别人的文献么？觉得比较郁闷，文献我看了，我总得自己看看结果吧

规定的基本权利比较含糊，主要是liberty of life and property。现实当中要活用，
但不能滥用。任何法律，基本都会针对个人的自由和财产进行限制，归根结底它们都侵
害了宪法规定的“基本权利”，但大多数是不必也不能上升到宪法高端审核的。拿刑法
来说，限制人身自由，甚至死刑，绝对的“基本权利”范畴，然则刑法是州法，联邦只
能推荐model penal code而不能强制推行联邦刑法。这就是为什么宪法里要分
classification，针对不同的class，州或联邦政府或法律要有不同的level of
scrutiny来证明其行为的合理性。
堕胎的确属于当前的“基本权利”，我又查了一下下个月的bar exam 考纲，必须承认

首先，各州绝对禁止堕胎的法律违反宪法。
其次，在怀孕头三个月，是否堕胎完全由医生决定（其实是说当事人可以决定）
第三，三个月后，各州为照顾公民健康的原因，可以规定堕胎所需要的程序。
第四，在Viability之后，各州可以规定堕胎条件，程序，甚至禁止堕胎。
（viability指的是几个月不清楚，反正就是说孩子能够脱离母体存在了，
我的理解可能是6、7、8、9几个月，可能跟医疗技术和当时具体的情况有关，
