今天吃多了,可能和平时的不加控制的时候每天吃的下限差不多。(汗一个。。。下限
阿。。。觉得平时不太注意的时候差不多要1800-2200cal/day),都是因为下午WFH,
以后还是无论如何都要在办公室坐着。
今天跑步也比较悲催,特地开了20多分钟的车去河边跑,结果晒晕了,后面都是走一段
跑一段。看来还是不能太冒进。

昨天最后一天,一个月吃素正式结束鸟~~~然后我被我自己的毅力华丽丽的感动死鸟~~~

总结一下:
我属于无肉不欢,由于是被迫吃素,除了怕被雷劈以外没有什么动力,所以总觉得自己
受了莫大的苦啊,lol,所以吃上除了种类外量上就米有限制。比起平时,每天要吃很
多carb才能不饿,连原来不爱吃的中国店的米饭都能吃一大碗。。。。为了照顾蛋白质
的摄入,每天尽量鸡蛋、牛奶
豆腐或豆子至少吃两样,蔬菜吃的明显比以前多。。。吃素者一个月运动很不到位,一
周大姨妈,一周大姨妈前懒惰综合症,一周天天下班的时候下大雨,基本上只有一周的
运动量是正常的。
体重:刚开始吃素的时候降了两磅,然后一直很稳定。。。无论吃多少,运动多少。如
果要是以减肥为目的的吃素的话,控制一下carb,配合一下运动,我脚的还是没什么问
题的
皮肤:这个真不好,自己看起来都觉得憔悴,脸上居然开始长了几个痘
身体状况:容易累,容易困,估计跟carb吃多有关系,嘴巴里长水泡。。。。

mm你要吃subway veggie delite觉得不饱或者没肉难吃的话,我推荐你吃它家一种素肉
的三明治。
veggie patty, 就是在delite的基础上里面加了一层素肉。可能在口感上你能更满足一
点儿。

基本在纽约的店里我都看到有的。mm要是爱吃甜食,vegan点心在纽约其实很多。
Tofutti 品牌下还有好多种口味的冰淇淋,vanilla素我超爱吃滴,许多超市都可以买
得到。
嗯,Burgerking 也有veggie burger。其实有些麦当劳里也有veggie burger,不过,
我许多年没有去过它家了。

Thanks for responding. I use Medifast plan and products: 5+1= 5 meals with
Medifast products (usually around 100-110 calories), and 1 meal with lean
protein (5-7oz lean protein, salmon 5 oz or shrimp 7 oz) and veggie (3 cups
of low carbs veggie). I'm usually eating every 2-3 hours to stabilize blood
sugar.
Running about 3-4 miles a day. weight 138 5'3.

Applebee 9 oz steak + veggies + baked potato.
Subway foot long roasted beef or turkey loaded with all veggies and pickles.
Jimmy John's 8 inch sub wtih half pound of beef.
Chinese buffet once or twice a month.
I pretty much eat a normal lunch. Just cut out the carb
and eat less amount at dinner.

Snack: half low carb bagel with half morning star chicken patty
Lunch: beef soup; half low carb bagel with half morning star chicken patty
Dinner: Thai food (steamed veggie dumplings*3, green curry with veggie and
beef, white rice 1 cup), wine 一杯
No workout

Dinner: quarter chicken, boiled broccoli, carrots
