念，而金融保险是行业的概念，两者并没有可比性。如果真要比，那就比Marketing
modeling和underwriting or collections modeling. 从模型的严格性来讲
underwriting modeling 是要求最高的，其次是collections modeling, 再次是

发帖数: 488 | 6 我以前看过一篇论文，实际上是某个教材附的案例。说的就是信用卡公司给如何评估申
请人的default risk。因为还没给发卡，不知道这个申请人未来会不会default。文中
写到，最开始underwriter人工审阅资料，但是这样的时代已经一去不复返，当然大企
业贷款的underwriter还是这样的了。信用卡早就不这样了。信用卡公司需要批阅大量
申请，必须数量化程式化。于是就引进了统计回归模型。他们把已经发卡的持有人信息
做成一个模型。这样你就知道大概这么个收入，这么个年龄等一系列条件的人default
的概率有多大。然后面对申请人的profile，带入公式右边，就算出左边dependent
variable的值。
这样的一个值是不完全准确的，因为你所面对的是censored data。你只知道给发了卡
又default 的概率，好多人连卡都没拿到，他们的信息你就没有掌握，所以实际上的
default rate要比你估计的高。到底高多少，有专门的方法correct censored data，
比如用weight。统计书里都讲的，翻翻就知道了。

此事后也认为有利可图，故通过抗议、照会对清政府施加压力，强迫清政府接受它们的
借款。这使清政府只好搁置中德的借贷合同，另于1909年6月6日与英、法、德三国草签
了借款合同。之后，美国又以“机会均等”挤进了该借贷合同。所以，湖广铁路的借贷
合同最后是以清政府邮传部大臣(盛宣怀)为一方，以德国的德华、英国的汇丰、法国的
东方汇理等银行和“美国资本家”为另一方在北京签订。合同签订后，德、英、法、美
上述银行于1911年以清政府的名义发行“湖广铁路五厘利息递还金镑借款债券”(以下

underwriting受州法和联邦法法规控制。挣多少钱在有些州都是限制死的。同时保险是

而是看资金来源
PE的资金主要是private的
IBD underwriter的资金主要来自股市public募集

大家可以看出这文章用的是典型的英式语法比如把rumor写成rumour，结尾用英式的
