热门的地方（交通＋学区）上市的房子很少，身边的年轻同事都在看房。
如果有一天房价大跌，一定是job market出问题了，年轻人不来湾区了。
如果这个税收能够调节（降低）湾区地产，trump也是功德一件（可惜不可能）。
2. 税改对于高税收的加州中产肯定是不利的。
A. 这次10年减税的总共额度就是1.5个trillion，超出这个额度就不是简单过半可以
通过的了。减掉corporate tax就是1.5个trillion。所以个人的tax根本没有空间再减
了。
B. 现在trump又减掉 AMT tax(0.6 trillion), estate tax (0.2 trillion), 和new

如果有一天房价大跌，一定是job market出问题了，年轻人不来湾区了。
