布什刚上任不久，就发生中美撞机事件，可以说美方非常有挑衅性。那时气氛还是很紧
张的，当时美国的副总统钱尼和拉姆斯费尔德都是对中国非常强硬的鹰派人物，而且钱
尼是影响力很大的副总统，布什眼里的“叔叔”辈人物。还好之后发生了911事件，然
后美国卷入了两场消耗大量国力资源的战争，估计那时美国自己也没想到这么耗时耗资
源。现在看来以911为导火线导致的两场战争对中国是个很大的利好消息，让中国趁机
大力提升国力缩小与美国的差距。如果没有911事件，谁也不知道那是鹰派主导下的美
国会对中国继续做出什么过火的事情来，压制中国发展是肯定的，那时两国差距还是很
大的（中美GDP相比： 2001 1.3248 trillion vs. 10.2339 trillion)，如果有着美国
的强力压制，中国肯定不会发展那么快。

The US has $127 trillion of unfunded liabilities.

接下来还能翻三番
现在贷款利率5%，降到跟美国一样，翻一番
开放户口，有房子就有户口，房子再翻一番
产权放开，取消70年产权，房子买了地就归你，房子再翻一番
上海北京深圳的房子现在均价6w／m2，人口一共约60m，人均居住面积30m2，房产总值
108 trillion
10年翻三番那就是8倍，到时候均价40w／m2，假设gdp翻一番，到150trillion（也就是
7%的增长速度）
那到时候房价约是gdp的6倍，约900 trillion 人刀
好了，房子是你的了，地也是你的了，党可以开始收税了，1.2%不过分吧，那就是10.8
trillion
剩下全国13亿人口，1.3billion，人均居住面积30，那就是40b，到时候房子均价4w（
按北上深的1/10算，不过分吧），那就是1600trillion，，1.2%的话就是近20trillion
也就是政府收的房产税就能有30trillion，到时候占gdp的20%，太爽了 |

2005 US corporate cash oversea 1.6 trillion
2016 US corporate cash oversea 2.5 trillion
不是每年 2.5 trillion，这是一年一年积攒出来的。平均一年也就80到100 billion.
另外不是公司把钱存在海外，这钱本来就是海外赚的，已经交过税了。因为其他国家税
率低，所以带回美国要补税差。加税势必让其他国家也加税以消除这个税差。否则其他
公司在本国赚钱给美国交税，没有这种雷锋。 |

14万亿什么意思？按文中解释，1/5的现有常规贷款总量。这还不算影子银行，据说另
占1/4到1/3。加起来占了差不多50%，几乎全在房地产里。如果房价一旦涨势放缓---稳
定在高位都不行，整个银行体系（不仅仅是某家或者某几家大银行）要出事。局面比几
年前的希腊（12%）、西班牙（10%）、现在的意大利（8%）不知高到哪里去。
到时候央行一定会救援。所以银行系统崩是不会崩的。代价是货币总量（M2)翻倍。
人民币汇率则面对三个选择：急贬到14，跟全世界打贸易战；缓贬到14，全部外储拱手
让出；维持7，制造业死光。
再说一遍：以上不叫中共经济崩溃，叫“L”型新常态。中共更不会崩。中国经济越差
，中共在习包子手下统治越稳。
