钱是借的（2010年支出3.618 trillion，收入2.118 trillion)，现在的债务已经离GDP
不远了。而且在未来的几年内估计每年的赤字都在1 trillion以上，这样债务累计起来
很快就超过GDP。虽然现在债务还低于GDP，但是当债务达到GDP的时候，如果那个时候要债
务和GDP挂钩，那么从那时候起每年必须删减超过1 trillion的预算，这绝对办不到，这一年内预
算减少的幅度太大。如果单纯从数学角度计算的话，这样让债务持续下去，债务和GDP的比重
就越来越大，不做出大改变，加上以后的婴儿潮，债务达到GDP的两倍也不是很远的事
情。
删减预算是绝对必须的，而且删减时必须触碰到social security之类的，我一想到这
点，我就觉得政府不可靠，论理讲social security该是独立的，是entitlement的，人
家一辈子交税等退休时本来该拿到本应该属于他们的，结果却由于政府管理不善把手伸
到了social security的口袋里来。

窃以为啊，意大利和PIGS还是有明显的不同，最大的特点是大。大就有有两个方面的含
义，一方面是大到不能倒，大到救不了；另一方面是大到可以走。
首先要纠正JO的一个问题是仿佛出问题的PIGS都是Eurozone的穷国。其实不是的。
Ireland人均GDP排世界第六，远高于德法。PIGS里面真正穷的只有PG，Spain的主要问
题是失业率高。其实这个国家的人均收入(有工作的人)和消费水平一点不低。Spain的
unempolyment救济水平是约1000 euro/month，这个数字不比美国低。
言归正传，说Italy。
首先说如何大。Italy是Euro zone第三大经济体，仅次于德法，全球大概是第八上下。
其实从基本面来看，这个国家的经济不像人们想的那么糟糕，失业率8.6%，比美国还低
。人均GDP排21,基本上和英国差不多。所以说，本质上来说，他们不穷。而且在奢侈品

国债决不会爆，大不了印钞票。这个是法律要求的。当然这种情况下美元会爆。
但是F2就不一样了。实在撑不下去了，default是一个选项。
还有一个问题，就是Fed买了F2新发bond的80%。现在这笔钱（1.25 trillion）快花完
了。
不知道会不会再续。
FDIC可以从财政部借up to $100 billion。如果批准的话可以借$500 billion。
全部insured deposit还不到4 trillion，所以应该不会爆掉。
（修改：不是4 trillion，是接近14 trillion。所以FDIC也有危险。）
FHA倒是有爆掉的危险。 |
