。过了2，3分钟她又去拿了一沓儿大约15厘米厚的餐巾纸放在了同样的纸袋里。这个时
候我似乎明白了，她是以他们小孩的食物纸袋为掩护把这些餐巾纸要带走。看到这儿我

发帖数: 357 | 16 半年前爸爸检查出来有幽门螺旋杆菌+胃酸过多，然后就在吃减胃酸的药，同时查出来
有precancerous tissue.
三个月前胃镜检查幽门螺旋杆菌没了，imflammation好很多，但是pre-cancerous
tissue还有。
最近复查，发现在原来pre-cancerous tissue处发现了一个polyp,活检出来说是focus
cancer, 已经把polyp都移除了。
我现在有点问题就是：
1. 这个pre-cancerous tissue在短短三个月内就发展成了cancer, 是什么原因导致的
？心情？(老少三代同处，摩擦难免）还是胃镜活检做的过于频繁？
2. 有没有可能是活检过程中，把pre-cancerous tissue给扩散了，反而促成了形成癌
症？
3. 现在胃镜已经把polyp取除了，但是胃里还有pre-cancous tissue, 还需要做手术么？

来跟你解释，而且什么都帮你定了，这让我感觉小小的不爽。而且这么大的事儿，我也
想听听别的医生怎么说。于是我又约了一个医生，结果得到还是同样的诊断结果，那个
医生也建议做手术。不过好的是，他对我现在的医生评价还挺高，这也基本上让我定下
心来做手术。
比较头大的是选patellar tendon还是cadaver tissue。不同的人不同说法，不同医生
也有不同的缺省办法。比如我的医生优先考虑patellar tendon，而第二个医生优先考
虑cadaver tissue。我问了一圈，其中我的一个师兄俩个膝盖都做了（也是踢球的猛人
）。他第一次是用patellar tendon，恢复起来快一年，很痛苦。第二次就用了cadaver
tissue，恢复期6个月。他就强烈推荐cadaver tissue。
经过反复思考，我决定用cadaver tissue。一方面恢复快，伤口小对我很有吸引力，另
一方面，我也不是职业球员，cadaver tissue的强度应该也够了。于是跟医生说了，医

tissue. Breast cancer risk is directly associated with your breast density,
i.e. the amount of glandular tissue （not the fatty tissue) you have. So in
general if you have a small chest, you will probably have less glandular
tissue, and therefore a lower risk of breast cancer. However, some people
can have a big but fatty breast, their risk of breast cancer is still low.
This is common sense in breast cancer field. |

今天去见了医生，大概说一下。
目前用的技术：
1. intralase: 比较新的技术，完全不用blade, 用laser在角膜上形成一个flap,然后
用LASER切除FLAP底下的部分TISSUE,然后flap翻回去，让其自然愈合
2. conventional lasik using microkeratome:这个需要metal blade形成flap，不如
laser那么容易control.flap形成后，切除tissue。

现在准备带我家宝宝到外地看病寻求3rd opinion. 终于跟他的主治医生谈崩了。他们
彻底否定我家宝宝有faod，2nd opinion认为他应该是faod，但是需要进一步测试确诊。
几个月前就问了目前就诊的医院有关宝宝的liver tissue，答复是frozen stored in
paraffin block. 我对这些不懂，也就告诉3rd opinion医院有frozen liver tissue.
这家医院就要了，结果被告知没有。
然后我们联系医院，收到不同的答复：
第一次，什么都没有了。。 就算有也不会给外面。
第二次，有一些没有用完，可是不是frozen的。
