的，这样肉和汤都有了。每周日下午四点开始，我就炖两锅肉，一锅比较补的，比如花
旗参炖小鸡;一锅比较清淡下火的，比如莲藕排骨。一边烧热水，一边洗肉准备汤料，
水开后下料煮半小时，然后放到thermal cooker里。
在这期间，我一般再准备一条鱼，一斤虾。等汤滚了，鱼和虾也洗好了。鱼或蒸或炸，
虾或水煮或配其他青菜。炒青菜我搞三个，保证其中一个是瓜类。有时我会再加一个菌
类菜，比如黑木耳，冬菇，金针菇等。
五十分钟之内，最多不超过一小时，我就可以整出四个肉三四个菜还有两大锅汤。先美
美地吃一个晚餐，然后取出八个午餐盒，选择不同的搭配装好，待晚上洗澡前它们都凉
了，我就把饭盒放进车库里的deep cooler里冷藏起来，把两锅汤放入厨房冰箱，一下
子四天的伙食解决了。
周五和周六我的饮食就不大正常，因为要迁就小师妹和小小师妹。这是目前我比不上老
邱的地方。不过，等我把其中一个搞定后，我就可以保持正常了，希望这天不太遥远。 |

A United Airlines Boeing 787 experienced a lithium-ion battery failure on
approach to Charles de Gaulle Airport on November 13. United Flight 915 was

左右动过的接头有没有泄漏，然后再点pilot火。termo coupler和pilot燃烧器
是一体的，有毛病会导致pilot火焰熄灭。
这东西的原理是，当按下pilot点火按钮后煤气喷出，可以点燃，点燃hold住
几秒钟后热电偶（thermal coupler）一侧的温度升高，和另一侧冷端的金属形成
温差，由于泊儿贴效应热电偶会发电产生电势差和电流，电流驱动连接着的电磁
线圈，产生磁场使气阀打开，这时松开点火按钮火焰的能量产生的热电偶电流
就会维持气阀开启，pilot火焰会一直持续燃烧下去。这时如果有意外停气，火焰熄灭
那么热电偶会冷却，电磁线圈失电关闭气阀，等再来气的时候气阀是关闭的，不会
泄漏煤气引发事故。这个thermal coupler系统就是一个安全机制。 |
