发帖数: 66 | 1 各位好，本人fresh phd，做的是CFD, heat transfer, FEA方向的，现在找工作已经有
小5个月了，发出去了差不过120份简历，看过的job description不下2000个了，目前
一共就2电面，一个onsite，全都黄了，原因是H1B或者方向不符，现在很痛苦，求各位
指点指点，有内推或者任何工作机会都请站内！
具体背景： phd: CFD, heat transfer 项目，用的是COMSOL。 但是没有涉及
multiphase，aerothermal， FSI等工业比较火的方向
硕士： FEA with ANSYS。项目算是个non-linear dynamic 的仿真，但是也没有涉及
vibration, noise, multi-body, contact等非线性仿真
P.S. 硕士博士的项目都是NASA的，跟工业界都没啥关系
本科有过2个月短暂实习，用过Inventor，其他ProE， AutoCAD也用过一点点
现在找工作，搜thermal fluid这个关键词，出来七成都是要求citizenship的，要不就

收到过几个电话面试，之后就没音讯了。。。。因为各种原因，在美国6年基本上没有
机会认识在美国的机械专业的朋友（没参加过学术会议，导师也只有我一个学生），也
不知道怎么修改简历，在找工作上也只能摸石头过河。想了下还是想在咱们版里发个求
助帖，麻烦大家帮我看看有没合适机会。
我是去年八月从University of Central Florida毕业的ME PhD, 主要方向是thermal
fluid。本科和硕士在武汉的高校读的，专业是热能与动力工程。我有8年以上的数值模
拟的经验，本科和硕士做的是电站锅炉里的煤粉燃烧的数值模拟，主要模拟工具是
ANSYS Fluent。除了用数值计算软件，我也有在大型开源代码的基础上添加过自己的程
序块的经验。来美国以后我做过一些simulation的课题： 用Fluent和Chemkin做过一年
的对冲火焰的点火以及温度和组分分布的计算；用GPU里面的N-body模块来模拟

错，如
今石油完蛋了，工作机会锐减，你可以去找工作网站上面看看，根本没多少工作，基本
上就很难。我和你一个大方向，我是做相变传热的，实验和仿真都做，现在在做博士后
，政府的funding要断顿了，也找了很久
工作了，我还有绿卡，也没几个面试，一个offer也没有！我认识的朋友，做这个方向
的，不论是实验和还是模拟的，基本上都找不到企业界工作，能有博士后做就不错了！
你如果文章不错，做两年博士后，试试AP吧。
否则转行！一边做薄厚搞绿卡，一边学别的。

来的sample/substrate是在室温，没有特别加热或降温——水冷倒是有可能，如果蒸发
的膜比较厚的话。
特殊情况下，有预热substrate的，也有用液氮冷却的。 |
