faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我

i am initiating a thread on the coal sector and call close attention to coal
tickers in the coming days, weeks or months (or even years??) for those who
are interested in the energy sector, and the coal industry in particular.
If a true bottom, a near-bottom or even a significant rebound can be tracked
, discovered and caught during the course of close attention, wouldn't the
return to be generated be hefty? wouldn't that type of return alone be good

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

看到有不少人在找热导率计算方面的in文件，我就贡献三个in文件吧，仅供参考。
同时，附件里贴出了我的计算结果。EMD的输出结果（compute heat/flux command
+compute tc command的计算结果）中， “ac.dat”（见附件中的"ac.wmf"）是热流自
相关函数（我已经修改了compute_tc.cpp，目前输出的是normalized HCACF，但结果中
给出的还是没有归一化的热流自相关函数，但形状和归一化的是一样的，请注意！）随

看见有人说湾区收入高就笑了，给你们科普一下，猴子屯，13-15w年薪非常普通，20w
以上的一大把，加上公司100% match 6-12% 401k， 公司服务到退休有一次性上百万的
pension，还有一周工作四天一周工作五天，每年5周vacation，加州风景再美，这些能
比吗？

thermal oxidation还是那种dry thermal末了还加gas annealing的？
我的device是500um doped silicon+300nm SiO2,试过dry thermal的绝缘层，还是有
gate leakage呀，也不知道是需要更优的绝缘工艺还是因为我用了CHF4刻蚀背面的时候
出了点问题（evaporator之后lift-off之前有Au覆盖保护+一层薄薄的HMDS保护正面的）
给出有效建议的5个包子，谢谢 |

没问题的。

False, its HIGHLY recommended to use Thermal Paste, but ive seen them run (
personally) without thermal paste.
Amd Barton, Celeron, Intel P4, AMD Phenom II 955BE.
Ok they run Higher temps, but they still ran fine. But im not suggesting to
run without Thermal Paste, actually suggesting the oposite, but it can be
done. |

have thermal problems. Has to be knowledgeable in lots of other fields cause
the thermal itself is so boring and simple comparing to other fields.
The fact is that even an undergraduate have basic sense in typical thermal
problems and is able to run some simulation to get data and do some simple

The extra amount of thermal energy that makes seeming >100% efficiency comes
from the thermal energy transferred by the heat pump from the cold side to

你这个100%是blower resistor烧了.换一个就是了
更确切地说,是blower resistor里面的一个thermal fuse烧了.这个fuse一烧,
整个电路完全cut off.这一点跟日车不一样,日车人性化设计,烧了还能用最大
风档继续工作.
你要不缺钱就买个新的,要是缺钱,就去radio shack买个thermal fuse,一块钱,
如果连一块钱也没有,直接用电线把thermal fuse短路就成.
