INSULATION的，甚至兼加强水泥结构的.
我的CONTRACTOR 的说法是为了防潮，(或者是防水)，用的是一层SHEET，嵌在碎石
LAYER和
CONCRETE LAYER之间。也许对于 THERMAL INSULATION，也不无好处吧。
也许老一些的 BUILDING CODE 不要求这些? 这里应该有很多学工民建的专家吧。 |

我就是想知道 1，房子以前有没有积水，或者墙面很潮的状况；2，就是下水管道以前
有没有漏过。
现在大部分的墙面和下水管道都在装修进去了，不能直接看到， 而且不能打开看里面。
一个inspector 说可以用moisture meter检查，能隔着木板检测到地下室墙面的状况。
他还说有种thermal meter，也可以检查，但是误差很高。
还有一个地下室里有个half bath.以后管道漏水什么的是不是可能性很高？
有人有过那个moisture meter and/ or thermal meter的经验么？可靠么？ |

发帖数: 3066 | 5 听起来是电路问题，你的DOOR LATCH/TRIGGER assembly 应该拆了看看为什么接触不好
，因为这个电路被切断是比较普遍的原因。 不过你这次的情况应该不是door latch,
因为是洗完前突然断电的，所以水才没有被完全drain出去。
我上次坏了也是洗了一半断电的，水也没有drain出去，也是用手舀，后来测试一番才
发现是thermal fuse暴了，网上订了一个，换了，面板通电成功后，按drain才把剩下
的水给继续drain掉了。
看看这个视频吧，把fuse 拆了用电表测测电阻，然后再订零件, 建议干脆也订个新的
door latch吧，一劳永逸解决所有问题。如果不是fuse的原因，那么建议visual
inspect 整个电路板，看电容，inductor，等有没有烧坏，鼓起的迹象，其实这些板子
上的零件不多，而且超大，都是可以DIY换的。
其实比较麻烦的是测试，和确保装回去的时候密封，服贴，不用焊的话，换零件就是5-
10分钟的事儿：

and low temp thermal fuse, 多半是其中的一个坏了， cost 在5块钱左右。一般有图
纸在后面或着在control panel下面.
买新的也行, 你的至少15年了. |

a thermal camera won't be able to see through the ceiling if your pipes are
not next to it, and having sufficient temperature contrast. Also, thermal
cams are not cheap, I have a FLIR i7 for research, cost about $2k.
the pinhole camera idea brought up by others is the best solution if you
really want try imaging it first. If I were you, I would first look for a
door/opening connecting to the attic. It will be bizarre if you don't have
one. |

birds, squirrels, wind, snow/rain, delivery people, street cars ... the
signal you want is buried in the background noise.
maybe you can use a thermal camera to only pick up living targets, but a
thermal camera costs thousands. |

到像滴水的声音，furnace工作的时候，声音频率高，不加热的时候频率低，但是是一
直有的。关掉空调，就没有那个声音了。只是一个房间有，backyard一侧的一个房间，
furnace是在车库的，供暖应该是heat pump。有朋友说可能是thermal expansion，但
是听起来很像滴水，一直有的声音。怎么分辨是thermal expansion 还是滴水呢？非常

裤（就是棉毛裤，各地叫法不一样，在国内都是全棉的）是必穿的。我也不太怕热。但
是娃怕热。以前都是车接车送去幼儿园，所以不穿就算了，现在每天坐校车，冬天来了
，每天在外面冻着也得有个几分钟吧。真怕把娃给冻坏了。可是穿多了到了学校又热，
真是不好办。
回楼主的问题，秋裤在Target就有卖的，是Thermal的，一套10块，你到它家网站用
Thermal一搜就出来了（现在网上打折7块），但是质量真是不怎么样，没用多久就出洞
了。不知道是不是我家娃太费。另外前些日子去Gymboree买了几套睡衣，全棉的，当秋
衣秋裤穿也不错。
