future tax income for the government, if ther's a risk of default,

1 面试没有见到此中国更年期lead大妈， 从offer，但是入职后很久才知道有这个人
2 大妈大妈是那个team求着进来的（估计原因是她的research方向和项目是一致的），
所以才同意她常年WFH
3 大妈刚刚升到lead，然后算是变相逼走了team的元老（此人很好，换team后经常指点
我，技术很牛很全面）
4 入职，半个月后见到大妈，给我只有3个小时的培训，比我提前入职一个非3哥异族同
事得到了大妈的长期培训
5 开始做一些简单的testing性质的工作
6 开始在大妈的detailed指导下做了些改进性的工作，但是很多情况下是我做了活，大
妈拿去report
7 给我一个比较大的 独立的task（还是改进工作，大妈给大方向，我自己想方案），期
间我都是和大妈商量着来，
但是给搞砸了，其中的任何idea都是大妈沟通过。结果是在team meeting上，所有人
都challenge我，大妈一言不发

现在inspection 做完了，发现房子的排水可能有问题。
这个房子的右侧是一个小山坡，inspector 说下雨时右侧的积水可能无法排出，会集在
墙边，从而影响foundation。
我们要求房主解决右侧的排水问题，房主回复说，房子早已经安装了French drain。不
知道这个东西有没有作用？而房主也拒绝请人来评估一下foundation 是否受到了影响
。他的另一个理由是现在那里没发现积水。可是现在是冬天，本来就没积水，不知道夏
天怎么样？如果房子买了，等夏天下雨时才发现问题，房主早找不见了。现在不知道是
不是坚持找人来评估一下foundation 或 French drain. 现在觉得，这是这个房子的一
大隐患。是不是该放弃这个房子？还想听听有经验的TX的意见。
