Cyclohexamide to inhibit the protein synthesis. By doing this, I want to
find a time point that this protein start
to degrade and then I will add copper to see whether copper would increase

for a field(e.g Robert Weinberg's review on cancer), some may be important literature
reference/synthesis for the field (e.g: h j Song's annual review, John Graf's
historical perspective of reprogramming etc)...The majority are just shortcuts for beginners/outsiders or easy readings..

不仅仅会影响transcription，splicing，也可能影响translation。
总之大概是影响expression level？
比如导致Fragile X Syndrome的FMR1基因，在5’UTR有CGG repeat expansion，结果是
FMRP mRNA增加，但FMRP protein减少。
临床治疗的话可能要根据这个蛋白的具体功能吧？恢复C9orf72的正常表达，或者直接
target下游pathway？
比如在Fragile X syndrome里面，FMRP表达降低。由于FMRP本身抑制mGluR5-dependent
protein synthesis，去抑制导致mGluR5-dependent protein synthesis过高。于是在
FMRP的小鼠模型里面，用mGluR5 antagonist就可以reverse小鼠的behavior phenotype。 |

临床诊断， 临床治疗指南，推动 靶向治疗药物的研发。 PM有希望 完全改变临床 癌

接下来的20年，NIH NCI 会往PM里面扔很多钱，估计PI们来申请 PM相关的科研，主要

从现象学水平的物种的形成、演化和灭绝 到 机制水平的 新生理/分子功能的产生，目
前都是有一定合理的解释的。
简单来说就是两条平行、共存的机制：自然选择和遗传漂变。大部分人只知道达尔文提
出的前者，而60年前日本人木村资生提出的后者却没有多少人知道。遗传漂变解释进化
过程的随机性，就是很多突变没有被选择就因为sampling effect, 被选择了，成了生
命的一部分。选择和漂变是相辅相成，严格的数学推导也是有的。这个数学框架叫做
modern synthesis。
而目前进化生物学的瓶颈是，上面的数学框架是在现象学层次描述突变在种群里的频率
随时间如何变化；而这些突变的生物学意义（生化、分子、生理）完全没有涉及（达尔
文连基因都不知道，而后来研究进化的也主要是统计学家，其实不懂生物），可以说是
那套 进化里面没有生物。
而一部分进化生物学家（比如本千少）已经开始注意到这个问题，开始和分子、生花学
家，甚至物理学家合作，把“生物”引入种群遗传的框架。
在更大的层次，目前的进化论的框架能不能解释自然界的进化过程？
